"Espero que Mazda incorpore este sistema a otros modelos". Estoy 100% de acuerdo! Sobre todo a un modelo con puertas traseras normales!

Why did you keep putting it in charge mode?? It just keeps creating a bad impression of the real world consumption 🤷‍♂️

Maybe my imaginations are a bit aside but I expect from a "Night Test Drive" a lot more about the lights, possible settings and maybe some demonstration of the adaptive high beam with oncoming traffic and especially with respect to the matrix light system and maybe also showing things like the illumination of winding country roads in the dark, etc.. Even the functionality and quality of the interior lighting would have been an interesting theme. But overall only general stuff about the car already heard in your other video with a intensively focus on the motor-generator-system.

Good videos! I think its a good idea from Mazda to use little batteries in order to improve the dyanmics and the inteior quality of the car (less weight and less spending) . If most of the days doesnt drive more than 90 km the consumption of gas wil be very low I guess. The only doubt I have is if exist degradation of the range battery after some years

In normal mode it operates in the best conditions for batteries ~40%. Usually, all new electronic devices you buy are initially charged to about this level. I have read somewhere that batteries better tolerate a lot of charging when charge is kept somewhere around this 40% area. You can find more on the Internet. Therefore, in terms of battery longevity, the Mazda's idea to operate about 40% level in normal (HEV) mode with bigger battery might be way better compared to higher charge/discharge range of small battery in the Nissan e-power. But is the rotary good enough already to handle longer distances? 😅

Dude the consumption was 10,2 liters why did you keep switching on the charge mode. Failed test I would call this.

Yeah, but there are few tests with normal mode only. You get about 6.4l/100km.

@@simon84 I tested the car for 176km in normal mode and it managed 5.6l/100km

They claim it is a seral hybrit with 100% electric drive. Does this car have a real transmission? If not, what the tuck is this stick on the center?
