I just ordered this device for my niece who’s 17 to be 18 I did my research with this but couldn’t find much views on if it’s safe and not too strong for young skin. I almost bought the new booster pro but think it might be strong to start from so think it’s better to start with h r device and then upgrade with time. The main concern is for the products to penetrate deeper and make the skin supple.!

The bubble cream is optional, that's just the product they recommend you use. As long as a product is on the device or your face it doesn't matter.

Ems stimulation can interfere with botox since botox is meant to paralyze the muscles and ems stimulates the muscles and strengthens it

Hello, I read a blog post about this device and they mentioned we can use it on the face and neck, however, this video does not demonstrate how to use the device on the neck area. I read the FAQ on your website but it does not say if we can or cannot use it on the neck or near the Adam’s apple like the other devices. My question is, is it safe to be used around the full neck area or should we avoid the neck?

I’m would not- it really intensifies the product so be prepared! I have sensitive skin and usually hand application of my retinol Doesn’t irritate but it definitely did start when I used retinol with glow booster- it intensifies the effectiveness of any product

Hi from the video it seems like different part of the face you use different way of massage. Am i right to say i can use the same way as the video for all types of skin care prpducts? Because in the information sheet it says nourishing for watery massage, hydrating products for boosting massagr and sheet masks fot focus mode

Hi. I see in the comments you can use the glow booster with other products. What products do you recommend? I have beta-glucan and hyaluronic at home. Also, can this be used before all serums and moisturizers are applied to the skin or should this be done at the beginning? Or it doesn't matter? Thank you

Hi, it depends on skin issues, but it is usually suggested with hyaluronic acid serum or cream. and this device must be used with skincare at the same time as its function is to help absorb those skincare ingredients into the skin.

Whatever you do, do not use this with any acids like AHA’s BHA, vitamin C…etc. I did not know this, and I completely destroyed my skin barrier, and it took about a month to heal. Basically use it with moisturizing products. Unfortunately, there is not a good source of information that is clearcut around these devices so you really have to hunt for it. Hope this helps!

Hi I brought it but just wondering I know you can use different skincare with this but the total is 5 minutes so does that mean I can use 2 minutes with one product another 3 minutes with another product and finally a third skincare product with one product?

Hi, yes. You could use it that way. Our Booster-H can be paired with any skincare product. It is guided to use for 5 min, but you can extend it up to 10 mins depending on your routine! Thank you.

Hi, Arina Wong. I appreciate your question. Yes, you may feel electrical stimulation when the Booster-H contacts your face. This stimulation is an electroporation tech that opens and closes skin cells using an electrical current. So it is nothing to worry about! Thank you :)

I got an email it says for beginners use the ems shot Sunday's and Tuesday’s, the booster is daily. For pros the ems shot is Sunday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, and the booster daily.

If I follow instructions and put it to my skin I don’t feel anything. I hear the device vibrating but when I make contact with my skin I feel nothing. The first day I used it I felt the electricity and the difference in levels from 1-5. Now I don’t feel anything. Please help ! Is it broken ? I’ve only had it for a couple days.

@@NessyMFH6829 hey! Late comment so not sure if it's useful anymore but I have rosacea as well...and actually, I brought both the booster-h and the air shot for my skin. My skin is very sensitive and thin so using the air shot made my skin very irritated and sensitive so it wasn't for me... but the Booster-h works better for me calming to my skin so it really depends on your skin (I have rosacea but I also have thin skin so that's why it doesn't really work for me but maybe it would work for you just saying my experience but the air shot really doesn't work well for me)
