If you would like to use this method on text, first select the text object and go to Path -> Object to Path, then you're all set! When we turn a text object into a path now, Inkscape 1.3 automatically ungroups the text object for us and combines the letters together, which is a big time-saver!

Can I give certain, precise values to some of the corners? Let's say that I want the bottom and top corner to have a radius of 20 px or something like this, how to achieve this. I only see the option to set the global value for all paths at the same time.

Im unable to select multiple nodes when i drag the box over 2 corners?

u click menu too fast. i cant fix stopframe =/
