You did a fantastic job! This is the way I would love to wear my crochet braids. I like the idea of leaving some hair out, it looks more realistic this way.

I see a lot of people saying that don't like to put heat on natural hair. I must have nappy ford tough hair. I have never in my life had heat damage on my natural hair and my mom used to use the scorching hot pressing comb off the stove every 2 weeks on our heads, my sis and I, growing up. Our hair was very long, thick and bouncy. And that heat was way hotter than the Chi and other popular irons of today.

Deavionne Burnett Lying 4 what. Im a 35 year old woman with 4 daughters. ...smh LIKE I SAID LITTLE GIRL. I never had heat damage. neither have MY DAUGHTERS. Everyone hair responds different to heat dummy. You can see a lot of youtubers that say heat grow their hair. I have been natural 6 years and when I don't use heat my hair breaks. Heat is a must for our hair textures and my Mother's.So please Grow up before you call someone out of their name. Liar has never been me💖✌Have a spectacular day😘😘

Brilliant! I didn't even think about leaving hair out when wearing crochets! Question: Wouldn't it be easier to use hair that is already blown out texture or even semi-straight instead of having to blow this hair out and then flat iron it?
