Thank you for this video. This video helped me open my work I've created on Midjourney into Discord by copying the job id. However, for some reason, I can't see the pan buttons even though I have the remix mode on. EDIT: I just found out the pan works on Midjourney website. For some reason, it didn't open the pan. It probably didn't work with my upscaled image.

This is the most valuable and efficient 6 minutes I've ever spent since I started learning Midjourney, subscribed right away! Could you help me with two questions? 1. What is the best way to only change the dog to another animal photo I have and keep other parts unchanged? I am worried the Vary region can't remove the dog so precisely. 2. What is the best tool to change the resolutions of a photo for printing? Is Photoshop a universal one? Please keep going in your style and I really believe you will be rising very soon, especially with more advanced skill videos when going forward. Thanks again! 😀

Thank you so much! To answer your questions: 1) if you are using Vary Region to change one animal to another, edit the prompt within the Vary Region window to contain the animal you want and add the --no parameter to the end of your prompt inside of the Vary Region window, i.e. --no dog,beagle. If that doesn't work, try using more descriptive words for the animal you want to show up. 2) I use Topaz both for my Midjourney and photography images and I love it. There's a link in the description (AI Image Upscaler). It's an affiliate link, so any purchase directly supports my videos. You could also try an image prompt, by pasting in an image hyperlink at the beginning of your text prompt. Midjourney will use that image as a reference for what to put into your results.

This week I’ve found myself using the regular Variation button. Midjourney is amazing but can be a bit inconsistent lol. One day it’s giving me everything i could ever want, the next day I’m begging it to stop adding iPhones to every single render 😂

I love using Variations! You must have hit on a specific topic where the only answer is "must include iphone" 😅. Sometimes getting rid of them just requires more descriptors.

To delete an object with "vary region", simply select it and leave the prompt blank. Photoshop's AI works in the exact same way.

Hi, Thanks for the video. How do I zoom in? I want to images to be closer from a lense perspective but I am able to zoom out when I actually want the opposite effect. Thanks

You can inpaint similar scenes into images, but you won't be able to inpaint identical scenes into images. You can 1) use text prompting and include you scene's image URL at the beginning of the prompt to use as a reference when you inpaint, or 2) use Midjourney to create your scene and then inpaint to add your characters or other elements into the scene. Both routes are doable, but may take some effort to get what you want.

Is it possible to bring in an image from my PC's hard drive and have midjourney v6 inpaint on that? Or can it only inpaint on previously produced AI images with midjourney?

@aotmn8399 currently you can only inpaint on images that have been made with Midjourney. They might allow inpainting on non-Midjourney images in the future, but it's lower on their priority list.

@ezswan6880 not yet. enough people have asked them for inpainting on non-Midjourney images that they are considering adding it as a feature in the future, but no guarantee.

Inpainting can only be used on images created with Midjourney. So if you've created your image with Midjourney, then yes, you could use inpainting to add a necklace. They are considering allowing inpainting on external images in the future, but I don't think it's a high priority for them at the moment.

@@abrahamj15 Midjourney doesn't have this capability yet. I'm not familiar enough with the other AI image gen tools out there to recommend a good option for this use case.
