can someone explain why they plant trees, shrubs, and grass in front of the garage doors? I realize that it's a model home, but at some point don't the models get sold? All the plantings would have to be torn out and a driveway put in.....seems like such a waste to me. I see this all the time on videos of model homes.

It's only temporary so that no one parks there. When a model is sold then they remove it.
