Im going to see the new one because it looks quite good, and also im now going to watch the original. so rather than being a bitter old fuck, you should instead be proud that this remake is introducing a classic back into the world for another generation to enjoy. YOU dont have to like it or even see it, just be happy more people will now get the opportunity to enjoy it and hope it inspires them to watch the original.
