Thank you for this, I've just opened mine after it being unopened since June 😂 I've got the new one that says mug machine instead of free sub and I just can't get it to work or find a video with this new model 😭

Thank you for this tutorial, i have been bought this press for christmas, my blacks seem to be coming out brownish, more so if there is a block of black, if i have just a few lines it seems fine....after playing for a while with yours, did you end up changing any settings?

I think I kept the settings how I set them in this video. The settings might needing altering depending on the ink and paper you use. The setting I set up work well for me but they can be different for everyone it’s often a bit of trial and error.

Hi! Could you please let me know if you’re still using it? Is there anything wrong with? Does it still work as good as it did at the beginning? Does it still heat up the entire surface or did you have to replace some parts? Thank you!

Hi. I'm still using the mug press and I'm personally really happy with it. So far I have had no problems with it , fingers crossed it continues to work well.

Hi can I ask you why does my tape leave a yellow mark on my mug not good : is it the tape or am I doing something wrong regards colin

Hi. I would maybe try a different brand. From my experience it shouldn’t leave a mark at all.

what size mug does this press go up to

I use 11 oz mugs in the press. That is using the elements that come with the press. I'm not sure if you can get different elements for different sizes.

I think getting the pressure right is about trial and error. I have it so that the mug fits snug once it’s tightened.

Just purchased this, I'm using setting temperature of 110, working temperature of 180 for 180 seconds and the black is brown. Any ideas?

Have you set up the colour profile for your ink and paper as that can make a difference. Also could be the ink you are using. It’s also worrh trying out different temperatures and times as lots of things can cause a difference. It’s worth doing some tests to find out what works best for you and your set up.

Not using an icc profile at moment but the mug press I was using I had no issues with, just that i had to put attachments on every time I wanted to do a mug(8 in 1 heat press) so I purchased this and regret it. It makes no sense the way its supposed to work, having the mug in for that length of time. Decided to return and get a sensible one.

Hi. The quality of the mugs is absolutely fine. The reason I’m not selling mugs at the moment is due to not wanting to post items at the post office during the current lockdown. I am only selling items I can put in the post box.
