I want to clarify that I was not blaming the kid at the grocery store at all for getting me sick. I blamed myself for not coming home and washing my hands, and changing my clothes. It was not his fault. It was most definitely mine. I know better. I knew that's where it came from because I hadn't left the house in several days prior to that . And, I was sick, got better, and then It came back again. Whatever it was, it was not fun. 2 weeks of misery because I didn't wash my hands, and i didn't start back on my Vitamin C when school started. By NO MEANS, was I blaming that kid. He's working trying to make money in this terrible economy. It's not his fault. It's mine. I'm sorry if it ever came across that way. That was not my intention by no means. He is the age of my kids. No ill will towards him at all. I just wanted to make that clear🩷🩷

Consider wearing a well-fitting respirator indoors and around people, ask your kid to wear one at college. Nearly eliminates the risk of catching Covid-19 and other nasty stuff. I’m a big fan of handwashing, but it doesn’t do much against airborne pathogens (needs to land on surfaces, but will linger in the air for hours like cigarette smoke). Hepa filters can help too.

Nothing like starting my day with a new Tara video w my morning coffee! This palette looks super pretty but I think I'm going to pass for now. I got the mini Starlette palette and I have been loving it! Specifically the two purpley matte shades, I've just been doing one or both of those with a little wing and I'm good to go. I feel like Natasha has her regular shimmers and then she has her "good" shimmers, like what's in the Glam face palettes. I would be excited to try those new glossy formulas in this palette! It's nice to see you back! I think it's a good everyday palette, but let's be honest... it's a one trick pony! All the looks you can create with this palette are gonna be very similar. Actually... I think apart from My Dream palette, most of Natasha's midis are that way...

Definitely a Palette that will have similar looks. I agree with you 💯. Since filming, I've used the palette with the Glam, and the new mini starlette and I think this palette will be one of those palettes i use with other palettes. You make a great point and I even thought it before buying. What sold me on this one is expanding my shade range on ND matte shades-I figured I could pair this with any of my midi’s so that’s how I’ve been using it! ❤. Hope you are loving it! One trick pony for sure but it must be my absolute favorite even tied with Glam! ❤in love!!

Oh Tara, I've been unwell with Covid this past week, so I definitely can relate!! I like this palette, I just wish she had included a couple more colours so to give the palette diversity. Maybe a lilac or a neutral green (or both) would've given us more looks - because, as it is, it seems that most looks are very similar to each other. Unfortunately, a few of the shades are too alike, which doesn't make me happy. I still haven't bought this, which isn't like me where ND is concerned. Tara, first of all I think you are probably the BEST at putting eyeshadow looks together that I’ve seen. Secondly, I think this video shows the palette in the truest sense of how it actually looks in person. I absolutely love this pallette. I wear it with one single shadow, then mix with various different eyeshadow pallets time to time including Glam and VB eyeshadow pallets!

I actually like this palette! I was not sure at first because I don't like cool tones on me for some reason I'm sure it's just because I'm not great at it lol but I actually quite like it!! Definitely get more use out of it than the glam palette.. can't wait to use it more during the winter!!

Love the looks you created! I may be in the minority but I wish this palette was a bit warmer. I have her glam palette which is overall too cool for me. I always end up looking a little ashy and tend to use only the warmer shadows from the palette. Glad you’re feeling better Tara!❤

So sorry you got sick! Since I work with a lot of college students, I’m always on high alert when the new semester starts lmao. Girl, this palette was so ashy on me! I definitely prefer her more opaque shimmers than the topper ones in here. You definitely explained them so well! 😘😘

I've been really wanting the etherial eyes palette but I missed out on it, so I thought this one would be a great alternative. However I feel like all the looks look the same and the shades are not that different from on another. That's something that really bothers me about my bronze palette. For me personally, since I’m not an influencer and I own so many Neutral pallets and I’m so happy With loves journey from Sydney Grace. I decided to pass on this it has too many shades that are toppers and when I pay $69 for a pallet I want to use each shae and it be Not good, but great! I did a lot of research before the Christmas in July sale from Sydney Grace and gobbled up and so many singles to dupe other pallets because I have mature summer downturned hooded eyes and Sydney Grace is formula works so well on my eyes. I’m sold & bought out. I think for everything I bought during that sale. It’s going to take me months of playing around with the pallets before I’m ready for more but then again, I’m not an influencer I appreciate all you do and all of your opinions I take to heart respect and appreciate. ❤❤❤

I think people are on the fence because it’s the same vibe as so many other Pallettes, which we can see from your swatches. I did see it in person and fell in love and a couple of the formulas are amazing.

I could be wrong but this palette almost seems cooler than the Glam Palette….is that right? Had initially been reluctant to consider the Glam Palette b/c I thought it might be too cool, but now, looking at the “I Need a Nude” Palette, I’m thinking it seems even cooler w/more grays & pale pinks. Makes me want to reconsider the Glam Palette & pick that one up instead!!👍🤷

I have both this and Mario and I don’t think they are so so similar The Mario on me is warmer and has way more darker shades and I think nd toppers have more pigment than the Mario palette. I don’t regret having both.

It definitely seems like it's a mix.. and maybe something to see in person before buying. I have used it a few times since filming this video and I paired it with the Glam and the mini starlette Palette and love it even more🤷♀️🤣 Its right up my alley😁

I think this palette Is too monocromatic, you're not able to create many different looks, because the tones are quite similar each others and there's only one Deep matte

I agree with your thoughts here. Since filming, i have used it with the Glam and the mini starlette and i love it so much because it has those beautiful topper shades that don't make a mess like others. Ah no. It wasn’t the kid at the grocery store. It takes 5-10 days for ANY virus to make you sick. 24 hours is a big no.

@@alisummers7984 to you this may just be a channel or entertainment but it’s also a job for someone and she works hard at it and does an amazing job. She might care what her viewers think and if she does or doesn’t that’s her prerogative not anyone else’s.

@@alisummers7984 some people are just wayyy too sensitive these days, I don’t think Tara came off as mean or disrespectful at all… she was simply stating a story. It’s not like she continued to complain about the kid or blamed him for everything. All she said was basically “I think this is how it happened” and she moved on with her story.

I actually blamed myself. Like i said, i should have come home and immediately scrubbed down, but I didn't. I never blamed the kid at the grocery store. I just know that's where i got it because prior to that, I hadn't left the house for several days. Sorry if it came across that way, but getting sick is a part of life. I blame myself for not washing my hands and changing my clothes. Life lessons😁
