A note on swamp digga, unit strength is more than just unit size! Trolls each count as 3 for unit strength since theyre monstrous infantry, so he only needs to he near a troll unit with 2 or more models

Note on the Ogres: they have motley crew, so you can mix and match the great weapons and iron fists. They're both plus 4 points, so I'd look at half and half of the unit using those weapons.

Idol of gork just seems straight upgrade of knobbly staff. 3 inch range increase for all spells for 5 extra points.

Hope the old world becomes more popular I would like to collect one of these Armies and play once I've finished my imperial guard army

Classic fantasy orcs hold a special place in my heart. Years ago, these plastic models were crazy cheap and were everywhere. I bought a lot of them for 40k conversions. Then Age of Sigmar came out and I was fascinated. My first army was the Greenskinz. Then GW removed this faction, even though it was selling Start Collecting! Greenskins. What a disgrace. But I'm not worried. I will take advantage of this new offer and continue my projects in the Mortal Realms.

O&G have been shown A LOT of love this edition. Stuff like black orcs and night goblin fanatics are among the best units in the game. Their magic is really powerful as well and animosity changed to impetuosity was a game changer. O&G is one of the few armies that can get things done with an infantry army. Now these new lists seem pretty thematic and I look forward seeing a full troll army on the board (even if, as a dwarf, I’ll be forced to slay them all! 😅)

Do we know for sure if Black Orcs are going to be re-released? I have a bunch that are just blue tacked to bases for painting for AoS and I might need another box because I have a bunch modeled with weapons. You have to pay for great weapons (they're not longer armed with a 'uge Array of Choppaz) so I'm hoping to get more.

For sparkling wizard finder if you MR look at it as if you were buying 2 x obsidian lodestone so for 5 points you get hatred of wizards. Thinking about how many wizards there are like vampires on dragons etc could be good. Think effigy of mork will go on my wyvern savage boss alone with maybe the +1 initiative axe for i6. Also yayy for poisoned banner being back might need some more gobbos for a massive unit of skirmishers with poisoned.

Will yall be playing any Old World soon? Most enjoyable content on the channel (for me personally) probably ever :)

A rerollable 5+ regen save is mathematically the equivalent of a 4+ regen save, and on a character that is untargettable it is even better.

The magic resistance 2 from Sparkly wizard finda I think is good for 45 points.

Interesting. Swampdigga has a regen armour value of 5+ (pg176 regen USR states regen number is an armour value). And he gets a +1 to his armour value. So his regen is a 4+...

Really excited to make an army of my 18 trolls! & the troll hag is going to be a great addition. I’m currently planning on an “O&G” army with maybe 2 actual greenskins. The rest I’ll try to make up with ogres & a giant :)

Mixed feelings I guess. I like the troll horde and I am happy for the addition of the troll hag but i think it´s not enough. There are some cool AoS new "big" trolls. It would have been cool to play with them. You can still play with them as a "proxy giant" but that´s not cool. I miss a "Troll king" even if we have the troll hag, it would be cool to see the male counterpart as a troll leader. The nomadic waaagh...it´s ok i guess. Not awesome, just ok.

The Bonegrinder Giant model actually came with resin 50x100mm base with grooves for his feet. So that was the original size. I'm guessing that the bigger size is so people can use a Mega-Gargant from AoS instead

I got to admit, great video but the upcoming re release of Old World Orcs and Goblins are just not for me. I bought many of these models back when I was playing WHFB. They were great back in 2000 but the AoS models are arguably the best that GW currently makes regardless of game system. I'd have been much more excited if they just used the AoS models and have them come with square bases. Use those AoS armies and then release the OW rules as an alternate way to play those models. Largely, I agree with Liam Dempsey regarding the Old World. So while I won't play OW, Ill watch the videos you guys do as I support this channel and ultimately want it to achieve the success you guys mapped out years ago.
