Man, I know it's a long shot, but you should definitely at some point in your life come down to Brazil. We don't have food challenges around, it's very rare to see one. Jelly goes on the biscuit. Potatoes for breakfast in the US are usually pan fried hashbrowns "hash" or pan fried potatoes O'Brien (potato cubes).
