I have used the XP-Pen Star G640 for the past few months, no problems so far, works like new. Used it a bit for drawing aswell, so I dragged a bit, and I hover for osu. Works just fine for me.

I think it was 2-3 weeks into playing that i bought a g640, i've basically learnt how to write with my right hand now thanks to Osu on the tablet, being left hand dominant I found it alot harder playing with my left hand than with my untrained right hand (possibly because all my life i've used a mouse with my right hand) so kinda just stuck with it. can confirm that Osu can teach you how to write with your non dominant hand.
