Widowmaker is blue bc she was brainwashed to be a killer. Her heartbeat was slowed to make her aiming more accurate making her skin blue because of it

I think with Widowmaker a little bit more detail is needed who she murdered first in particular. She murdered her husband. She got kidnapped was brainwashed was released and then they activated her to kill her husband and then she went back to the bad guys. And became widow. she alludes to her dead husband with some of the voice lines that she says in game.

To answer some of your questions: Where is Winston in his cinematic? He’s in the attackers spawn on Watchpoint: Gibraltar. In OW1, his office still had the glass broken from when he threw the dude through it in the cinematic. “Why the feather?” Genji’s nickname was “Sparrow” in the Shimada clan.

Has to be what those who wake up from comas feel like (if in a longer term one) even after a year or two... waking up and things being completely different than what you remember.. especially with how fast and sometimes badly the world is going today. Like imagine going into a coma pre Covid, and waking up post covid or in the middle of the worst parts of it? What a shock.

My favorite cinematics are "Hero" (the Solider 76 one, reminds me of Batman a lot), "Dragons" (the cinematic about Hanzo and Genji) and Kiriko's cinematic :) But all of them are amazing! Glad you enjoyed!!!

Genji’s nickname, when he was young, was Sparrow; or little Sparrow. That is why there was a Sparrow feather there

Hanzo "killed" genji when he was young and the modules in his suit help make his voice work. Hanzo really, really fucked his brother up. Some might say tried to kill him so dead... That he dosent exist any more.

"Omnic-crisis" is a nice way of saying, humans did NOT want equal robot rights, and it's super funny that blizzard doesn't want to address that. With the Rammatra's story line, it bring up the fact that Omnics don't need food, water, air, and supposedly last forever once turned on. Rammatra explains that robots making robots was outlawed after the war so there is literally only a single generation of Omnics and humans keep killing more and more of them as time goes on. Omnics could just be exiled to the moon, and that would be the end of it, but it's obvious that the politics of the planet need to paint the robots as the scapegoat for all the problems.
