NEW PACKOUT BINS- Fixing Milwaukee's Mistakes with 3D Printing

If you have the Milwaukee Packout 15-inch or 20-inch totes and bags you probably already know they aren't perfect. In my previous video, reviewing the 15-inch tote, I pointed out several pros and cons. I also designed new 3D Printed Packout Bins that solve three major problems. My bins will increase the storage capacity, usability, and rigidity of these Packout Items.

Great idea for these bags! I’ve been wanting the 15 inch to be able to connect a small compact organizer under but the size of the pockets on Milwaukee seems to be a big issue. I think I might just go with one of the Toughbuilt massive mouths or totes because I love their clip system and already own the massive mouth XL rolling bag and it’s great! Thanks for the video!

Nice enough, but when you said you were going to address the biggest issue with the totes I assumed that would be the too-shallow end pockets. Everything wants to fall out of them.

I talk about that in my review video. I found some items that fit good for my setup and I just live with the two stupid pockets on the end.

These are great! Unfortunately, way out of budget for just two. I’d definitely suggest these for the bags if you have the funds for them because digging around the bag sucks. I currently use a bunch of pouches to stay organized in there and it helps as a less-expensive option, but these bins would definitely be something I’d get if I could afford them!

These bins kindaaaa work but don’t fit super well because of how many ridges are on the bottom box.

Anyway you could add video of how the bins might work in the rolling 22 toolbox. I need to carry hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers) I haven’t seen too many options online

Definitely. I’ve made another short video about more use cases. Fits great in the large and rolling toolbox. As well as crate and tray.

Yeah the funky bottom makes it a little harder. I’ve experimented with filling in the gaps with just cardboard and it helps. But I’m sure a 1/4inch plywood base would be nice
