It's all about light coats. It may take a few really light, even coats and you'll see a difference. Also, make sure you are using good quality acrylic brushes.

- Can a Black or dark colored soft fabric tongue ( NOT Leather ) on a shoe be turned to White ? - Is there any prep work on the tongue needed ? ( If the tongue is soft fabric ) - I would assume ,, IF the tongue is LEATHER ,,,,,, then prep is needed along with shoe , if going to change color . - Thanks .
