I setup some new Icepoint arrows to see how they compare to my existing 500 spine arrows. The Video contains my first shots with the new arrows and results of testing www.archeryshop.com.au/produc...

King Henry would love you practicing to do battle, and leave the gardening to the Serfs.

just a warning to those who want to use these shafts with X10 protour pins, the protour pins are just ever so slightly too big to where 10 out of the 12 shafts that I bought started splitting around the pins after a few months of regular use. I thought the tight fit was okay but perhaps they were just too big. the Black Eagle revelation pins would probably be a better choice, but I haven't tried them yet.

I'm running the Icepoint 400 spine on my compound bow. For their price point they are brilliant. I changed from Easton ACG, now discontinued. Icepoint leave the bow beautifully and fly true.

Hunting or 3D only??

I just switched from a 70 pound hunting bow to a 60 pound hunting bow and I am looking for a new arrow setup. That’s why I asked. I was shooting 300 spine victory elites and 340 spine Easton axis.

Yeah there is no doubt it takes some time, and money, before you finally figure out what things make a difference...well outside of practicing because that always helps. I have tool boxes full of stuff I bought mostly the first 3-4 years after I started in archery. Countless arrows and dodads because it's what I heard or was told. And that was before social media so not sure if that makes it better or worse. But it's sort of a right of passage I think too and I would not change the experience. Been thinking about joining a club again so I can share what I learned with other beginners. Anyway, good luck at the Nartionals. Look forward to hearing how you faired !!

Nice to see a little more of your garden. Hope the indoor range is still progressing.

They are some seriously true words. It is very difficult even after twenty years of shooting

Apparently medieval armies rarely (if ever) had standardized ammunition - you were basically given a quiver of arrows or grabbed whatever was on the nearby cart and had to make do with what you got!

Hey what do you think about the Elite Flex that just came out

To weed the garden, or shoot your bow. That’s a hard one🤷♂️

What tuning method do you use Easton or Tuning for Performance (Kaminski)?

Does anyone know where ice point arrows are available in the US an MTO basis?
@sahhullАй бұрын
We know it makes no difference. But compared to the 0.001 arrows. That would be 0.002 worth of excuses why you missed :-)
@fanzhang6931Ай бұрын
Will 0.001 earn me 1 extra pt? Probably not. But will I complain about 0.003 if I miss just 1 pt? Absolutely yes hhhhh

Do you have a coach to help you improve? Just shooting a lot of arrows will not mean you will improve. It does mean you will shot a lot of arrows. Find a good coach . Go to Korea and take lessons from Coach Kim. Maybe try The Master Class that Jarred G has created. Tom Lund

Just remember all the Korean team members have coaches and you don’t ? What’s wrong with this picture.. Tom
