Arahi I died and came back from heaven! I received this stunning frag a few days ago and no joke I cannot get enough! At first spray I was unsure what to feel, so I emptied the nozzle by spraying it out 10 times. Came back a few hours later and my entire walk in closet smelled like the most wonderful, milky, creamy, tonka vanilla heaven! Yesterday when I was getting ready to head out to the office, I decided to layer Caramel Cascade with a spritz of Shagaf Oud Tonka and OMGGGG!!! I legit got endless comments from my employees. My clients even said "wow what are you wearing" or "it smells so good in here" 🤣 Apparently the scent trail, siage and projection were undeniably there! The Oud Tonka spritz elevated the already tonka note in Cascade! Your review is sooo on point, finely detailed and just absolutely what this frag is all about! So sorry to be that know it all, but cumin is a spice and coumarin is an aromatic molecule often made from the Tonka bean. Its scent can be very similar to Tonka. Cumin is also also used in fragrance and can give kind of a sweaty aroma.

Hello! No need for an apology! I thank you for that info but my reference to Coumarin comes from an experience during a trip to Egypt last year where I was introduced to it as a derivative spice that to me almost smells like hay. I was also informed that it’s use and distribution is illegal in the US which I have not been able to confirm…. In any event…. Thanks so much for sharing as I am always looking for more info and learning opportunities! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

@@ArahiWorld Coumarin is also found in high amounts in certain spices like Cinnamon and in a few plants like liquorice…really interesting compound 😊 cumin on the other hand is literally my arch-nemesis of notes - sweaty is definitely the word 🤢

Fantastic review. Thanks for your content. I know that this purchase could be moved to the month of August, I live in Puerto Rico. Our Summer weather fluctuates between the high 80F to the low 100F, and could get hotter. Today, at 7:45 am we are at 78F already. Being that you are in Puerto Rico I assume you have tried Guava and if you LOVE it you may want to try Ajwad Pink to Pink as it is a beautiful fragrance with a strong Guava note! Arahi I can't tell you how much I appreciate your reviews, you are articulate and thorough. Have you tried Emir Camp Fire? I own By the Fireplace and Camp Fire and believe them to be the sam, but Camp Fire costs far less. It is mind boggling how these Middle Eastern brands do what they do for so much less. It tells m, as I think you would agree, that we are being charged far too much for a name!!!

Hi Cathy! Imagine how I feel when I review one of these fragrances and discover that they have been done to perfection and at times I like them even more then the one I paid top dollar for…. Emir Camp Fire is one of those that I actually like much more then the fragrance it was inspired by…. Masterfully done like most if not all of the fragrances from the Emir line! Oh my goodness the very best! ❤️❤️❤️

The first day that I wore this, I was transported back to the late 90s/early 00s. At the time, I couldn't remember exactly what fragrance it reminded me of but I absolutely loved the scent. As I was leaving work, a coworker told me I smelled amazingly sweet. Later, my sister told me I smelled like baked vanilla cookies. As soon as she said that, I remembered what the fragrance reminded me of - Body Fantasies Vanilla. Grant it, Caramel Cascade doesn't smell cheap, and the longevity is great, but if you've ever smelled BF Vanilla, it is truly in the same sweet family. Not in the opening, but definitely in the dry down.

Good morning Isirita and happy Tuesday! Oh yes! It is very important that you allow these fragrances to settle for at least a couple of days once you receive them and most of the time you need to store them for several weeks if not more to really be able to clearly assess if you like them or not. Please be sure to fully spray 5 times before putting it away! Another thing that immediately came to mind when you said you had the same reaction to December Vanilla is…. Are you sure you are into lactonic fragrances? Do you have any other lactonic fragrances in your collection that you enjoy? That is a definite consideration depending on your answers but for now just let them settle! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Caramel Cascade, yes! Been looking for something in this vein. Well, I own (and love) Bianco Latte, but I am all in for finding an alternative. Bianco Latte is not unique, but so well done and she is a beast! I've ordered it from Aroma Concepts in the States (I live in Europe). Even with the postage, it's still a fraction of the cost for BL. Can't wait to get it! 😊

I’ve been waiting for this Arahi In all Honesty, I’m intrigued of this fragrance because of color of the bottle not gonna lie. And i’m all for Beast mode fragrance 😂 i own Bianco Latte and it’s such a beautiful fragrance. But it doesn’t last on my skin. I’m not sure if i’ve gone nose blind or what but i cannot complain because it’s such a delicious fragrance

Hi Arahi!!! I just recently got my order and it was love at first sniff. Definitely smelled the caramel and milk lol. What’s funny is my sister and baby cousin said they smelled menthol!!! This perfume is a LOVE for me caramel cascade the first two day threw me off because I smelled a hint of mint on the dry down but I let it sit for about a week and I’m obsessed. Coumarin Can come off green and on my skin it smells like mint in bianco latte and so BL on me smells like doublemint gum Or more specifically orbitz sweet mint gum. So i'm glad this new fragrance is different. I welcome lactonic fragrances I am so excited and i can't wait to smell it mine comes tomorrow

Good morning and happy Wednesday! To my nose this is quite different than Teriaq primarily because of the lactonic nature of this fragrance. I would say Teriaq is more Vanilla centric. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I got mine yesterday and hated it on paper and on my skin. Tonight I tried it on the sleeve of my tshirt and it’s soooo much better. Even on paper it’s better, that one day after spraying some out really seemed to help a lot. Definitely will not be wearing this in the summer.

@@ArahiWorldWell I had heard it was a mix of Delina Exclusif and Love Don't Be Shy. I'm not a Love Don't Be Shy fan but I decided to take a chance, really the packaging won me over. But when I got it, the scent itself won me over. To me it leans just a tad more towards Delina Exclusif. The Love Don't Be Shy DNA just adds a scrumptious note to it making the perfume very addictive in my mind. I believe the blend is so well done.

To my nose it is similar to BL but it is not nearly as creamy and lactonic as BL. If BL is heavy cream, Caramel cascade is skim milk.

Hello hello! So I don't own Lataffa Affections but it is my understanding that it is Lataffa's version of Yum and Khair.... this is why I did not pick it up.... I already own both!! So I would say that Caramel Cascade is the best choice if you were interested to begin with.... and it is a different scent profile! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

I did not like this. All I get is black licorice. Am I the only one? Got it on Thursday and it was a scrubber for me. 💔😩 I cleared the sprayer out today and put it back in the box. I’m going to pray and let it macerate for a month or so and try again. We’ll see… I hope it changes. 🤞🏼 I do enjoy lactonic fragrances. Milk is a fave and one of my most complimented.😮

Good morning Lori and happy Monday! I am just making sure you get this message which is my reply to another you left in another video.... I am so sorry you are experiencing this issue with your order! Based on your message and that of a couple of other Fam members I think AC may have some orders on hold pending the restock of Caramel Cascade! I can’t assure that but this is what it looks like! What I would suggest and what I would do is go into your PayPal account and your specific order with AC and click on the “Report a Problem” at the bottom of the order. Then just follow the prompts to complete the report of the problem. I have done this with a couple of orders from other merchants in the past and once this problem is reported through Paypal they tend to provide a response and status of order really quick! Please let me know how it all evolves. I have never had an issue when placing orders with AC but believe the volume of orders they have received for Caramel Cascade may be causing the delay…. But that is just my assumption. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’ve had the same thing. They cancelled my order after waiting since 3rd March and now won’t reply to messages. No refund. Paid on debit card so can’t even claim through that. Read some really concerning reviews about the website scamming people 😢

@qxlauban I hope that's all it is. Mine has a strange synthetic aroma to it. It's very unpleasant. My guess is it's VERY new production. Even so, I can usually pull notes or accords and tell what direction it might take. This one in its current state is not wearble at all.

Good morning and happy Thursday! So I do get your point on being able to decipher a fragrance even when it has not had the chance to macerate as I am the same way…. In the case of this fragrance though I know that the production dates are recent so I would definitely give it some time. There is also something to be said of a lactonic fragrance that has not had the chance to macerate. Those notes can go really wrong! I assume you sprayed it several times already. Let me know how it continues to evolve please. ❤️❤️❤️

@ArahiWorld Automizer aspirated, and I did place it in a special dark temp controlled room set up for my fragrance collection. Only time will tell. I won't be ready to pull it till mid-September anyway. Time will tell. I've had turnaround frags in the past and ended up very pleased. @@ArahiWorld I'm going to start off by saying it's still a little chilly where i live i'm on the East Coast, so when i took it out of the mailbox and opened it today the bottle was still cold ok i got that out of the way, upon first spray i got a Dr. Pepper feel as i was doing stuff at home my skin was warming up and i got a beautiful Caramel milky feel as time went on i got more of a Honey scent then Tonka Bean on the dry down the Caramel came back so now it's creamy which is the Caramel, Milk, Honey and Vanilla powdery scent I love it, i'm going to let this sit and go back to it.
