Van guard in limerick do all your ply lining for you all cnc cut lovely finish and they will build and fit u a sloped bulkhead which allows you extra leg room but also blocks out the noise from behind

Hey Ian, there was no bulkhead in my van when I got it. I use an old curtain with a bungie cord behind the seats. 1 it muffled some of the noise and 2 it's easier too heat the inside of the van on a cold morning. Your only heating the front end. That should work for you until you get it ply lined.

I agree about the bulkhead. When I’ve driven a van like yours I could never recline the seat back enough . One thing , I hope you don’t lower the suspension !!! 😊

With the bulkhead gone it will take a lot longer to heat up the inside all your heat goes back in the back of it lovely van

We had the same problem with road noise in our old van, what really help the noise was getting er ply lined

That is a sexy caddy van. I had a 2006 sdi years ago and it couldn’t pull the skin of a rice pudding😅but I love it. I don’t need a van now but if I did caddy all the way. 👍🏻

Drop it 30 mm on a set of good quality springs, it won’t look too much, it will just sit right with out bottoming out

Great video ian. I just put some of that kenotek into a 5litre sprayer and put onto car that way. It's only a work car anyway so not too concerned. It's a great product. there quick detailer, was impressed with that and they have dash wipes that's top quality. I think you should sell it to me next 😅
