Star Rail currently has 4 planets The first trailer was showing off characters from the first 3 of them: Herta Space Station which is research facility that is owned by a genius named Herta and primary houses her collection of items that are various levels of dangerous. It's the tutorial area and also houses the Simulated Universe which is the Roguelike mode of the game. Jarilo VI which is a planet that went through an apocalyptic event that froze the entire planet and is the first main arc of the game. The Xianzhou Luofu is one of 4 great ships that is the size of a planet. The arc is more setting up the greater world of Star Rail and delves into the past of a certain main character. It is also where you can find Pure Fiction, one of the endgame challenge modes. The second trailer is showing off the characters from the new 4th planet Penacony. Penacony use to be a prison but is now a luxury hotel that connects to a series of Dreamscapes that are created by the shared dream of the people of Penacony. Dream logic is rampant in this new world. This arc literally just started but it seems to be focusing on the interplay of different organizations with each other in the overall world of Star Rail as well as looking into the history of the Nameless (the organization you are part of) and of the Trailblazer (your player character) themselves.

I am glad to see you back on youtube and Hoyoverse content. There is a lot of content for you to enjoy in HSR. Just one brief lore thing is that HSR is connected closely to Honkai Impact 3rd. So if you start seeing characters that you kinda recognize, then you probably recognize them from HI3. They are not the same person nor have the same personality, except for Welt. He is the exact same person in HSR and HI3. Knowing HI3 lore is not required for HSR, but it does reference it for HI3 enjoyment. Also, I don't know if others feel it, but I felt like your "s" is very sharp.

With the 2.0 update they added Penacony, planet of dreams(4th world) and so far its been a blast! I strongly suggest u watch the character trailers couse they are amazing and the music definitely sticks out. Btw, did u know? they also made a live action dance video of "White Night" so look it up if u like it.

Honkai star rail devs love Jojo references I think Dr ratio alone has several in his trailers and in game it's hilarious and the devs actually have a good sense of humor in my opinion some of the achievements made me laugh when I got them just by seeing the names pop up

Probably wont be 2.1 before you start playing. This patch is 7 weeks long and it only just started like 2 days ago. Most of the time the patches are 6 weeks long but this one is a week longer because they want to make sure the anniversary is in 2.1 I am pretty sure.

Half of the characters shown are limited 5 stars so no they aren't availble to you, but you will be able to pull some perment 5 stars, so like Bailu the little Dragon girl or Yanqing but characters like Jing Yuan & Kafka are limited & they're not rerunning atm so you can't get them

Honkai Star Rail is basically the shit post cousin of Honkai Impact 3rd and Genshin Impact the story is plenty good enough though it's all over the place and lore is kind of iffy and non cohesive, the gameplay is turn based so if you don't like that it not for you also more grinding than even Genshin but hey better anivarsary rewards 😂 either way I still think Genshin and HI3 are better as games HSR has a lot of quality of life improvements but lacks in gameplay and story cuz of being stuck in that turn based gameplay mechanics Edit: the reason you think the music in HSR is better than Genshin is cuz there is vocals for the OST in almost all OSTs for Genshin there is not vocals except for some characters and boss fights so yeah that's the reason though Honkai Impact 3rd has better OSTs
