It was a great experience, I would book it again,it was yummy & their smiles made it worth while! Tip, on the app if you book and nothing comes up, just change it to 1 person, book it and then go to plaza and see if they can add more people for you. X

I think character dining is definitely worth it, just for the kids smiles alone! and they enjoy the freedom of walking around and choosing their food with their eyes, rather than off a menu. Your family are lovely, as are you ❤ thanks for sharing!

Such a cute vlog, the kids clearly had an absolute blast and how lovely to have so much character interaction, was lovely to see. We’ve never been to Plaza for dinner but the food choices looked great (and the desserts! We love a chocolate fountain). What a great experience 😊

Adorable wasn’t it, the kids loved it & to think we nearly never did it as the kids were tired, we had to go back to the room for a little nap beforehand. Super glad we did it, as it was the highlight of our trip. Plaza was very good, you would like it, downtown is still king, but it’s a good option if you don’t want to leave the parks. The deserts were yummy, thanks for watching ✨

Great to watch this. We are a family of 6, my youngest two will be turning 5 & 7 in Aug when we go to Disney & I am looking to book this for dinner. Sadly it’s only for availability at 6.30pm which is later than we normally eat but it’s better than nothing. Your vlog has made me excited to book it. Thank you

thank you for watching & im glad you found this helpful. although 6:30pm is later (we went around that time) we found a little nap helped before it. But its perfect timing, as if you make sure your at the top end of the park (near the castle) you can watch the 5/30 parade (check app for times) and then go for food. x

Have the best time, it was a lovely experience, if you can ask to sit to the right of the restaurant (towards Victorias) then you’ll see them all the time coming in and out x

Isabella is such a proper Disney princess, so great with all the characters! 😁 Disneyland can definitely be a bit overwhelming, but I agree with you that it is worth the price for an elevated experience and a proper character meal. So glad to hear that Mia took to the characters and the dining experience! Love seeing such a colorful assortment of Disney characters in one place, and the food looked amazing, too! A 10-out-of-10-out-of-10-out-of-10-out-of-5-out-of-6 is a pretty good rating! 😂Anything with pineapples, and I'm in. Great video, Auntie Sarah! Inquiring minds want to know, though - do the Disney characters sign their names in French or in English at DLP? 👀

Can you do character dining without park tickets?

Unfortunately not no, you can do the hotels though & downtown has the best buffet in my opinion. You can do any of the Disney hotels, but no characters in the restaurant , but they normally have them of an evening in the lobby (Newport & sequoia lodge) enjoy!

It’s very simple, they’re not my kids 😂😂 I’m 1 of 4 girls, I just borrow their children. I normally just holiday with Lauran my partner, who is in all my other vlogs. Thank you for watching ✨

Yes, one soft drink is inlcudes per person and we also asked for a jug of tap water :) x

@@MagicalBySarah ok thanks because I booked through magic breaks. So they said I get the meal voucher wasn’t sure if drink came with it. Others have said they made the reservation and paid before eating

A meal voucher might not cover the full amount, normally it doesn’t. So begs checking with your travel agent to prevent getting stung with an extra cost. We paid before eating yes, yours might be a voucher and then top up. But you don’t pay for drinks, as everyone gets 1 free drink.

Do you think they would give autographs to adults? 🫣 going fot the first time in under 2 weeks and I love collecting memories and love the idea of the autograpgh books! Hope you had a lovely time
