Right, it’s technically not a new rarity as in ultra rare or something but it creates a new chase for us regardless. Like saying reverse holo but in Legendary Collection it comes in firework form

Hi, it hasn’t released yet. Stellar miracle (Japanese) comes out July 19th and you can either try to chase it in packs or buy the single. Hope that helps
