If you wouldn't be given the responsibility to oversee a store or a school trip, you probably shouldn't oversee the biggest economy in the world. This is putting party and party relationships before the people and their needs. People want somebody capable and somebody they can relate to. This is why Trump got so popular- because he came from outside and is not a career politician and because his voters see him as capable. Choose a successful Democrat people love and respect who is not a career politician to run for office. There are such people with over 70% of support from all voters (Democrats and Republicans). Stop ramming down people's throats those candidates who don't win the majority in the polls. It's elementary!

This breaks my heart and makes me think of my own mother. 😔 Despite the fact that Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory and the fact that PR still has certain rules & bylaws, there may be exceptions for Ramona. And with that being said, her biggest chance lies within the fact that all Puerto Ricans are essentially considered American citizens, or at least having automatic American citizenship (this is automatic for all native citizens born on the island) which could, MAYBE grant Ramona protection with her property as this may allow her specific rights that could help her. Is she a legal/documented renter of the land? Did she ever hold a lease for it? Did anyone in her family have a land lease? Did she or anyone else in her home ever pay rent and if so, to whom did she pay? Who owns the actual structure ON the land? Is she legally listed as the owner of the actual dwelling? But not of the land? Is it neither? I need to know a few things about Ramona’s situation ON that specific dwelling (house), because there is a small chance that she might be able to remain in the home (at least for the remainder of her life), & I would like to try and help her do just that. It’s possible she could be, or had already been granted a life lease that she wasn’t even aware of that would allow her to stay in the home. This could be a life lease or a life tenant agreement which were very common back in the day, and are still used very much today in the U.S. Also with the new owners/purchasers of the actual land, it could be a remainderman situation, but I need to know the answers to some of these questions, and more importantly, understand how she became the sole person living in the actual home. Is there any way that we can discuss? I cannot promise anything, but I can promise that I will help her in any way possible.✨✌🏽me gente 💜 (This is my second attempt at posting this message) 🤔
