When have the civ ECOTI that TNVC sells have integration with civ ATAK? Even in the listing for the ECOTI on TNVC's website it explicitly mentions that ATAK integration is "For military and law enforcement customers" when describing connecting to ATAK or other networked tactical C4ISR capabilities. Doesn't sound like its for everyday average civilian purchase.
