I upgraded to a Breville food processor a few years ago. I love it. It is very well made. It is a little expensive, but I expect it to last for many years.

I love your sink. I am a big fan of ceramic large kitchen sink. So easy to keep clean a lots of room for a big pots to clean. Are you planning to put a floor as a backsplash like in your old home? It would look interesting with those upper windows.

I thought Zsolt got his hand stuck when he pulled that first piece of the siding out for the window! AH! So glad it was husband scratch noises, not mice scratches. LOL The little shelves look so cute on the wall with the fuse box, such a perfect fit. Can't wait to see the pantry and how things continue to come together. I bet you are already having a sigh of relief this far along though. It's looking so beautiful and cozy already. I especially like the hooks with the towels under the window. Lovely to look at but SO handy when you need some too!

Hello, I love the new window ! (and I also prefer light above storage) I know you prefer to handwash but have you ever considered to install a mini dishwasher ? I have a very few ustensils or pots and pans and I do handwash them but I use mine for the dishes. I use everything I have as dishes along the day so it is full at the end of the day and then my hands are not so dried. Hope it could help you too.

Hi Noemi! Get yourself a Thermomix - they are industrial strength & because of the way you cook you will love it! We are gluten & dairy free too & I wouldn’t be without one now. I got rid of 6 appliances when I bought mine because it does so much! I’ve had mine since 2012 & plan to hand it down to my daughter one day! Love the renovation videos too! Beautiful photo of water droplets on grass blades. Kitchen is looking fabulous. I mostly use my food processor for making humus and I am thinking of replacing it with a good quality blender. For veggie slicing, I prefer the quick cleanup of the OXO mandolin (under $15?). CAUTION, it is so sharp I did not even feel when I cut my finger. I also like the mandolin for making long flat zucchini noodles for grain-free lasagna.
