Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be inaugurating the Mumbai Coastal Road Project (MCRP) on February 19 which has been named after the
PM to open Mumbai Coastal Road on
ie from Bindumadhav Thackeray Chowk in Worli to Marine Drive
CSMCM will be toll-free for Mumbai commuters.
It is expected to significantly reduce the travel time from Worli to Marine Lines, a distance of 10.58 km, from the existing 50 minutes to just 15 minutes.
Phase one of the coastal road is almost ready, and the southward lane (from Breach Candy to Marine Drive) will be inaugurated by the prime minister soon
