Admittedly, I wasn't prepared for this moment, as is clear. :) And, I love how the three of us basically stared at Chat with everyone else. Let us know if you enjoy this kind of view into the Live Show, and we'll do more of these Highlight reels from our shows, but focus on what was happening in Chat at the same time!

YES PLEASE!! A 30 mins highlight of the Live Show would be GREAT cuz it's easier to watch during tough job hours in this pandemic than a 2 hour Live Show

I wonder if this is the most hyped TV show ever. I mean we're in the golden age of TV, and they haven't even said what the date is for the TRAILER. People are willingly reading a FIFTEEN book series in preparation for a show we barely know anything about. Really makes my heart feel good. Thank you for doing live streams like this and really bringing together such a great community.

I hope it lives up to it. And, you are welcome! It's been a fun 17 months, and I can't really even imagine what it will be like when we have a Trailer and a Release Date. At least we know it will be 2021...I think. :)

The fact that he seems so willing and genuinely happy to chat with the fans really says a ton about his character. Makes me feel like he really loves and wants to do justice to WOT when brought into live action.

Man, it sucks that I'm not able to tune into every one of your streams anymore. But I love your show and am excited to see you guys continue to grow. Your setup is very professional, which I really appreciate. The effort does not go unnoticed. I cannot wait for the trailer to drop and for things to go into hypergear. Is it too much to hope that you guys will hit 100k by the end of 2021?

Rafe in chat! This sends out so many positive vibes. A creative that is happy to talk to fans, a show runner that knows his lore, probably a show that he is proud of. Also has a lore doctor with Sarah Nakamura. This makes me happy and increases my confidence that the show is good.

Sad I missed the live show but like always good job guys! As someone who has worked in the entertainment industry for a while, I love to hear they brought in so many artists to work on ideas for the show. Concept art can sometimes be a really under-rated thing on projects and it's nice to hear that the team is investing so much into Concept art, it really helps to sell ideas and set a mood. Can't wait for the show!

Thanks! I'm glad the fans are enjoying this small corner of the KZfaq world. It's been a blast! The WoTonPrime twitter account replied to a fan, "Hmm guess we need to figure out if we can make a concept art book?" I hope we get a book of the concept art. That would be fascinating.

I was unsure, too, which is in part why I continued on, hoping it would figure itself out, hah...which happened. 100% sure now that it was Rafe. :)

One tibbit i got from this was 'cast and crew'. I suspect (for example) if you did a shows based on deep dives into character motivations (well you have done some before) that particular cast member may well be prodded to watch ;) Hate the way I only caught the first half of the live stream here. Missed all the fun!

Given that Rafe and the team have gotten pretty much all the concept art laid out, apart from Caemlyn and Ogiers... I think we can expect a trailer in mid 2021... in June or July most probably. Though I wouldn't be surprised if the WOT trailer drops in winter... around October or November, cuz The Eye of the World's story begins in Winter and it might be Rafe's idea of dropping the show's trailer around that time... to excite fans and keep the bloody show fully consistent with the books 😀😄

It did! Taylor's friend who did the original mix of Androl's song, create a new mix for it. It's a new sound for 2021 and the show.

I love re-watching this again now that the trailer has dropped. So many thoughts on this front. 1. We have been so spoiled as fans with the creative team’s interaction with us. 2. You were right about Shadar Logoth and Emond’s Field being the two closest! 3. Looking at the concept are for Shadar Logoth in comparison to what glimpses we’ve had from images and in screen, I also think there are some loose architectural comparisons to be made with Tar Valon as well! Which is neat.

Rather then asking something huge, questions we still don't know anything about, such as if Elaida,Verin or Elayne were cast , or do we see them in season 1, I could think of 1000 things to ask ....they ask a lame question about something we already know .... how much a concept picture we already seen and told is used to create the backdrop really looks like the actual thing .... I will be laughing for a weeks....
