I would love to see a Venusaur and Blastoise to go with the Charmander. Going with your Charmander maybe they could all be based on emotions and how too much of one can bring misery but it's up to you. I love this video and I'd say my favourites have to be the Cronean Meowth line, Cronean Drednaw and Cronean Charmander line.

I thought it would be cool if cryfogonal changed types when attacked by the type it is immune to. So if it got his by an electric attack in its neutral form, it would absorb the electric attack and become a lightning storm cloud, and if that got hit by a water type attack, it would absorb the water and become its raincloud form again.

i think the cronean poochyena line is my favourite so far. it’s such a unique and clever design. i especially love the nod to mandjtv’s air bud of team sky.

Charizard should have had a split evolution. Like if Charmelon holds chocolate strawberries or box of chocolates then it becomes more loved based as it feels, true love from the trainer.

I love the zebstrika form! Zebstrika was always one of my favorite pokemon from gen 5 and I think it's really underrated, and giving it an even better regional form is so cool! I love the ghostly wings. Also this is just a silly idea, but I imagine in the lore it would have some sort of connection to dhelmise. Maybe they're just rivals or maybe it could be something more in depth (like when a cronean zebstrika loses a wing near a shipwreck, a dhelmise is created.)

I love all of these ideas! I feel that the wings of Mightyena and Gloryena (wonderful name) should be reworked to look more cohesive with the design. Maybe griffin like? As it is, it looks tacked on to the design. To reiterate another idea someone said already, a split Charizard evolution would be awesome. Based on high friendship, you could get a Charizard based on successful romance, but if fainted too many times or not high enough friendship, you get the broken-hearted Charizard

A cloud is weak to rocks and only rocks because mountains (essentially giant rocks make) rain shadows (that’s when mountains are so High they prevent the wind from bringing clouds into an area making it a dryer area than other wise)(admittedly the highlands our local mountains aren’t high enough to create this effect)

I love Cronean Meowth! It's soooo cute - I love it! Sporran reference is awesome. Also: Haggis? Pretty good! I enjoy it! I don't get how people can be "Ew Haggis" but then eat hotdogs. One is vastly grosser in recipe and creation than the other and it's not haggis! (And I say this while freely admitting hotdogs are my favorite food.)

Honestly it would be cool if you made variants for other generation starters, similar to what legends Arceus did, maybe the feraligatr line for the water type starter, and Sceptile for grass type starter. Your idea for a variant of the Charmender line reminds me of my idea for a Pokemon with a complicated Evolution line based on the Sphinx's riddle, the three forms of Hecate, and a bunch of other stuffs.

One thing I wish the did in Galar was base pokemon (regional variants or otherwise) off of the King Arthur mythos: A Water/Fairy Florges (Lady of the Lake) A Psychic Delibird with a regional evolution (Merlin) A pure Dark Gothita line (Morgan Le Fay) A Grass/Fairy Shiftree (Green Knight) Volbeat and Illumise variants (Tristan and Isolde) Karrablast and Shelmet variants (Arthur and Mordred) But other than that obviously I'm hoping for a Nessie-inspired Lapras variant. A Water/Dark or Water/Psychic Sableye based on the Blue Men of the Minch would be cool if a little too bloated in terms of Water pokemon variants.

4:11 I’m doing something similar in my fakemon region based on Maine (and some added New Brunswick) I’m basing a design off Mainecoon cats! (As it evolves it gains some lynx and cougar inspiration. Though not many cougars live in Maine now [only two confirmed cougar sightings since the 1900s] the last of the eastern subspecies of cougar was shot in Maine in 1936.) May also make a fisher (fisher cats are a type of weasel relative) Pokémon that preys on the first stage because they are notorious for killing people’s cats and killed my Mainecoon cat after she had a litter of kittens (the kittens grew up fine we had to bottle feed them for a while though) I also have an idea for a creepy clown variant of Mr. Mime (yes because so Steven king) and/or make a ghost type meowth who evolves into a ground/poison type Persian (because of pet cemetery)

Regarding the Wulver, please excuse my folkloric rant.... Folklore is my speciality in university, after all, and I like infodumping about it. Wether or not a tale is really old, or stems from the 19th or 20th century, does not really matter in it's classification as folklore. Folklore, being the lore of the folk, is anything that the average person considers common knowledge. This varies from songs to tales, to names and folk medicine.
