I am a fan of this channel. But almost more important than the topics, is the way Ms. Monroe introduces herself. Years ago an older woman suggested that I never introduce myself by saying "my name is" but always by saying "I am." "My name is" simply slaps a label on, but "I am" allows you to fully embrace and honor your essence. Ms. Monroe takes it up a notch by acknowledging publicly that there is only one "The" Eva Monroe. I’m also a diehard Amouage fan. I have about 75% of their Woman offerings. Thank you so much for your review. I was planning on blind buying this, since I love the note profile. I’m going to sample first now. I LOVE Honour Woman, as does my husband. I adore Tuberose, which I really get out of Honour. Since this is so heavy on the Jasmine, I’m not sure. I love Jasmine, but only when it’s balanced with spices. I’d want the spices to continue a little longer with the Jasmine. Thank you again for the review. You have a wonderful way of expressing the reasons for your ratings.

OMG I am wearing Amouage Journey today (LOVE 🥰) and trolling around for what Amouage I want next. And here you are! OMG YES!! Those are the kind of notes I’m looking for. I have 5 full bottles of Amouage but I want another floriental from them. They do that Spicey beast mode, with a feminine softness so well.

I don’t know how I missed this video. I actually like Amouage’s less challenging fragrances. I’ve found that at first sniff they smell kind of common. When I literally compare them to what I think they smell like, they smell worlds better than what I had initially thought. I have a bottle of Ceil, Dia and Love Tuberose. I feel like I still have a common woman’s nose and these have something extra that elevates them above mainstream designer. I can wear them without feeling nauseous or bored. You’ve actually sold me on sampling Ashore. Portrayal smelled like a baby Memoir and was not what I was looking for in a jasmine fragrance. Indolic Jasmine doesn’t smell too common to me especially after sampling something like Michael Kors Glam Jasmine. Hahaha. I pretty much hate Honour (because of the sour rhubarb), but I can see how you can think it smells mainstream.

I found they had it at the Neiman Marcus near where I work at, and the cardamom, pink pepper, & jasmine reminds me of my summer signature Tom Ford Soliel Blanc a bit.

I heard Crimson Rocks was the $#!%* I have samples of both on the way...totally feel you on the let down for uniqueness as that is what Amouge is known for which helps to justify the price. Sunshine, Honour and Interlude women my 3 faves in my collection and totally worth every penny!

I’m not into Jasmine because I’m not big on florals. But that only depends on how it was formulated. Some fragrances with the Jasmine really formulated really well. Like the 7 virtues fragrance line has jasmine and it smells really beautiful and not cloying. But that bottle is gorgeous though.

It opens like a book 📖 If it has vanilla in it, then, it's for me but citrus and turmeric are not for me😃

I picked up my first Amouage: Imitation Woman. I am not ready for it. Gagged for the first 4 hours. After that I was ok. But its TOO hard for me. I may need to step back to this (Ashore) or Honor Woman before I give up on this house.

Jasmine and Vanilla are so common in fragrances these days its getting boring. I wish they would make more spicy or chypre fragrances.

As someone who needs to try anything Amouage releases Crimson Rocks is the only one I think I'll eventually end up buying. Enclave is also very nice, but isn't essential. Meander and Ashore are big misses for me. Two of my least favorites from the house.

This is one of the only Jasmine scents that doesn’t smell like moth balls to me. I find alien and lust by lush and olene from diptyque to all be so musty smelling. Ashore smells closest to Jasmin Rouge by tom Ford, but prob better longevity/price per ml. It’s clean but spicy but doesn’t give me grandma vibes like a lot of white florals tend to (Tuberose etc)
