Video Suggestions: Making this on some of my favorites as well as yours which may be my favorite. REAL player. The KZfaq "GAS" confusion effect. I seem to have gotten myself into a Rut where I have so much "GEAR" I'm just confused. "Probably" why I for years and still do reach for my Taylor . Good news front. Landed a 12 Martin When they Zig, I ZAG. But really want to become a better Electric player in 2020. I'm just geared out. Two whole setups. One pure digital. One mostly analog. Both have their flavors. Neither is unique to me. Whereas I pickup my Taylor it's me, every time. Have a fantastic Summer.
@stationlightyears15324 жыл бұрын
Oh man, gear saturation is a real problem! I'm a very sub-average Guitar player, primarily a Drummer and keyboard player second. The sheer amount of stuff I have for Drums and Synths is quite absurd, I have to just strip right down every so often and focus on the absolute basics. It can be quite refreshing and something of a reboot, quite a kick when you find that sweet spot that's just you.
@benlogan4304 жыл бұрын
Remember the gear doesn’t matter. You sound like you no matter. A musicians voice is in the hands and the mind. The phrasing, feel, groove and the note choice make the voice. The gear just gives you a tone.
@Ndlanding4 жыл бұрын
@@benlogan430 Can't say I agree. When I play, say, a Fender i feel different, sound different and play different music than when I play a Gibson or humbuggery guitar, and playing an acoustic is a million times different, even when playing a lead part.

Made in Japan guitars have been some of the highest quality made for over 40 years. and don't let the Captain tell you any different. I have quite a few made in Japan guitars spread from the 80's to 2012. Not only are they as good as a USA or any other country you care to mention, they are quite often better. Basically I would say that the best guitars made in the 1980's were made in Japan.
