Hey Becky! Love your videos! I do have a question. What Paper Setting do you use? I use Photoshop. Will it say TruP Classic on there too? I don't have the printer yet but its on its way. I'm going to use the paper that comes with SG500. Do you use the same paper and if so what do you put on Paper Setting? Is it sublimation ink, glossy, etc.... Does it matter? Hope you see this.

I bought my SG500 in April. Tried to set it up but I couldn’t. Definitely not a plug and print. I called Sawgrass but didn’t have time to work with them but they tried to contact me several times. Definitely great customer service. Now I’m home on medical leave, feeling a little better I’m going to reach out to them again. Thanks for the video. I reminded me that I needed help and to ask the question about my ink that expired two months after I bought my printer🤔

Are you still using the Epson ET 15000? Or both the Sawgrass and the ET15000? Looks as if the 15000 gives larger prints.

I’ve just purchased the SG500 after having had the SG400 and also having played with Epson printers with sublimation inks. The only downside to SG is the cost of the ink cartridges but they do last and the quality is excellent whereas the Epson was cheaper to run but I wasted far too much time trying to match my printed colours to my favourite Pantone colours and it all got too hard with ICC files blah blah blah. But, I don’t enjoy using the sawgrass design software. I made a couple of mugs for a friend and that was reasonably ok but the software is clunky and awkward. I like to create my designs artwork in procreate or using watercolour or gouache and then scan and import into PS. Whilst I can print directly from PS I also like using silhouette business. Thank you for your easy to follow tutorials and instructions, I really appreciate it 🙏

I followed this along with a few other videos you have. I printed on the bright white side and when I used my easy press 2. Nothing happened. I used a 60% poly shirt, used parchment and applied pressure for the 60 seconds at 400 and nothing transferred. Do you have an idea of what I could be doing wrong?

Hi, do you need to install the CreatedStudio? I'm sure, I will need to install Print Manager, but unsure regarding the CreatedStudio. I use Cricut Design Space and wish to use it. Hello, I've been having problems with this printer since I got it, specifically Print Manager. Lets just say that it pops up when it wants to. I've ask Sawgrass for help thousands of times. It'll work for 1 or 2 days. Meaning, it will pop up after I click print. and then it STOPS popping up. Would you be able to help me?

Quick question! I'm moving halfway across the US and will be using a moving company to take all my things. They'll be sitting for about a week in storage as well before we unpack. Will it travel well? Should I take the ink out? What about the waste tray? I don't want to get it out and have ink thrown all over my printer

I am so very confused. I am looking to get a printer for sublimation but finding so much needs thinking about. Do i go for A4 or A3, Sawgrass or Epson. The fact i will make the warranty invalided once i put sublimation ink in is another worry. Then I read, I need to get an ICC profile to make the printer, ink n software on the computer comparable,or the colours will not be right upon printing. OMG its a mind field.

I tried sublimating a photo using my Sawgrass SH500 and the sublimation paper it came with but the photo is grainy. The black looks more like a light gray. Is this a printer setting issues?
