For some reason, I’m in the mood to have grilled mesquite pork chops for dinner tonight! It’s difficult to access fresh birch sap or apple chips here in Tampa, Florida. ❤️👍🏼

I live in the US and have had a bit of BBQ. Think you really got the idea of a smoked ham. Might have had it a bit hot but looked good. Side salad was a nice touch.
