I like the delivery and diy missions I’m mainly in it for the sea fishing but on Barents and North Atlantic it can get repetitive so having those extra things to do is really great to break things up a bit if want

Thanks for showing us this. I'm a huge sim fan (U-Boats, trains, Planes) with just about every version of each type, so this is right up my street. Many devs cater to the 'low attention span' crowd these days, so it's always good to see that you actually have to work to improve. Great video and I'll be eager to see how this develops. I just hope it doesn't go the way of 'Crush Depth' where it was released EA and then abandoned. These devs seem like that love attention to detail and I'm also an immersion fan, so I have a good feeling about this. I'd still have liked to have won one though. lol/

If you have a good feeling about this, you never dealt with their last two games. Many of us watched them bail on their last two games with unresolved issues... Including issues that their updates caused, they acknowledged they knew about, then left it broken

Not gonna lie either, Iwas crushed when I went on and was too late. I'm a massive sim fan, so knowing copies probably went to folk wh said 'Meh!' styng a little. I'll still buy it though.

This game looks like it has a lot of potential. Love the different boats and all the career options. I love the grind. Looking forward to seeing this game progress into a world class game. ✌️

It looks like those fishing and crab fishing games on pc that got abandoned a while back (map gives it away) hopefully this game wont go the same route

As an actual Norwegian sailor for 3 years on bigger vessels and also hawing worked in fish farming. i would say the graphics and such and look of things is very good. Only missing mountain in the distance which is very prevalent in Lofoten. And the water physics is very lacking on wave dynamics and such and also some of the look. The game that did that best to this day is Sea of thieves. Nice video and your pronunciation of Lofoten aint exactly spot on XD could try looofoooteeen

You pronounce lofoten like this: say Lo as you would say low without W. Then fot as you would say football. Then en as you would say entery 😊

Fishing vessels are seldom called ships here. Even the large trawlers are fishing boats (as you say correctly). Niggles.

Take away the Unreal Engine 5 and all the benefits such as the graphics, plug-ins and rapid development that it offers to developers. What would you be left with as a deep systems simulator ('the best ship simulation experience'). Was looking forward to this, but seems quite an anticlimax and feel that much will have to be added to a very basic foundation for it to really succeed. Hard to see anything but a basic game created in UE5.

both previous games from this company came out, got like 2 months of updates which wrecked the game, each got a DLC and then were promptly abandoned. im never buying anything fom them again

Hard disagree. FNA got a lot of updates fixes and content for free before the DLC and the release of early access just can't be compared with today version which is not much older then the new game. It was released some time before the release of this early access and it improves night tim lighting and some other stuff. One thing we would agree would be that their early access releases are just to early especially with this game (SAS).

Long over due for a nautical sim! Thanks to the creators and you for the video and early access preview (great to sea this guys looks fun an legit, knot just full of ship). Lol😅👍🛥️⛵
