At the moment, my Virpil hotas and G29 shifter are desk mounted on Monstertech mounts, but maybe in a year or two, if we move to a bigger house, I might consider this for my racing gear.

Great for serious simmers, with deep pockets. But for these prices, I would rather buy a new GPU and CPU, and then still have the luxury of using my PC for everything else. You couldn't, for example, sit down and write or edit a video at this rig. Like I say, great product, but a luxury one only a select few will be able to afford.

Hello great video thanks. I have another question, how did you attach the Honeycomp Yoke to the Flight Seat Pro. Can the adapter for the joystick be adjusted in height? Or is there an extra adapter?

I noticed you have the Honeycomb alpha and bravo controllers mixed with Turtle Beach rudders. I didn't know you can do that, just wondering if that would be possible on the XBox as I have been looking to buy a Honeycomb controller, but their rudder would be too big for the space I have for my Turtle Beach rudders. Right now I have Turtle Beach Velocity for my Flight Simulator.

Hi Mark, always enjoy your clear and precise videos. Thanks for that. Couple of questions I would like to ask you. Can you tell me the 'on the floor dimensions' (width and depth) of the flight stand please. Is the depth adjustable? Can I shove the flight under my desk (height is 26,77") reasonably you think? Desk is 31,5" deep. Monitor aswell. I want to use the stand with my TM Boeing Yoke and HC Bravo tq. I think from a video it is a very nice product and enables me to remove the sim setup fairly easy and continue my normal work and tasks on my desk. Would be nice to hear from you. Thanks again.

circa 66 x 73 cm. Depth is fixed unless you take of castor wheels (50mm). Height 75cm with castors.

Hi Mark, having now sourced a suitable monitor stand from NLR, I wondered if I may ask one last question please. In your opinion, do you find the lack of arm rests a problem or does the overall experience outweigh that minor discomfort? I’d very much appreciate your feedback on this please. Hi Mark, I’m an avid follower of your channel and thank you so much for all your informed content. I have gotten a great deal from your words of wisdom over the last couple of years. I wonder if you can help me as I have a question about the new pro rig, and it is this - what monitor stand do I require to place a 34 inch curved BENQ monitor so it is sitting just above the flight controls (in my case the honeycomb yoke and throttle) that would be attached to the metal plate? If you have a moment, it would be great to hear your thoughts on this please, as I’m very keen to purchase this rig, but I’m just trying to answer a few of the questions before I do. Thank you, and once again, thank you for all your wonderful videos. Andy

NLR supply a number of monitor stands, check out their channel. Alternatively look at Amazon for something like this … BONTEC Mobile TV Stand on Wheels for 23-55 inch Plasma/LCD/LED TVs, Portable TV Stand with Laptop Shelf, Height Adjustable Wheeled Rolling TV Cart Trolly up to 25kg, Max. VESA 400x400mm. There are tons available like this…just check the VESA connection you need for your monitor to ensure compatibility.

Wow... That's a serious chunk of cash considering they've basically cut their £700 seat in half and put some castors on the bottom of each. Great if you can afford it, but that's more than I paid for my car and the one my wife uses added together!

A friend of mine spends more that $700 on his golf clubs I don't get your point or comparison? Mark stated several times its an enthusiast product, some people buy $100000 wristwatches that doesn't have much to do with flight simming enthusiasm either.

@@zorbakaput8537 The point is that you can buy the full kit already for £700... For the sakes of a few castors and cutting the thing in half, they're asking for another 500 quid or so. As I said, if you can afford it, crack on (same goes for your golf clubs, etc), but for what amounts to little more then a "cut and shut" job on their existing product with a few castors thrown in, it seems very expensive for what it is compared to the other products in their range. My flight rig setup cost nowhere near that amount, it seems overkill to me. My opinion, that's all, don't feel I'm attacking your own views or choices on what you spend your money on - you buy whatever you feel like!

I used the keyboard hinge/mount as I already have a keyboard & mouse stand.

No offense, but how can you NOT flight sim in VR? I've been a flight simmer for 30 years and now having VR is a dream come true. Any plane any cockpit, full immersion.

I do most of my flying in VR, but my channel caters for those that don’t as well. VR in my rig is great.

Got mine yesterday, bought the full set, seat and stand. Has QC issues, wait for a sale or them to hire new QC guy or Powder coater, coat was severely scratched in big spots prior to packaging in bubble wrap, they left in a cross threaded bolt that had the head filled with powder coat so it had to be removed with a pair of pliers, one of the washers had a huge chunk missing, some items where bent in spots prior to welding and I had to readjust them with a mallet, coating flaking off on edges of some parts. All this and I'm not even half way through assembly and still have parts to open and check :( At least the one I got, sample size of one, isnt worth the over 1000USD they charged. I won't do business with them again.

Stand is in even worse condition and is warped, has broken plastic fittings, missing parts, dents, bent bolts. Totally in unusable shape. Some of this could have occurred in shipping but based on the way it was packaged it was very likely to also have been from the factory in this condition. They are also ghosting my emails and contacted for help and haven't even answered emails I sent back when the product was announced that I asked to decide on this purchase.

They finally got back with me and said they were gonna get together with management, QC, RnD team and the shipping company and get back to me in 1-2 days.....Its now day 4 and no response again.

Got my replacement and again it arrived damaged because of how they package the stand. If you want this for now get only the chair the stand is just not not packaged right and mine has been damaged 2/2 now.
