New Singapore MRT Train Arrival Melodies and Chimes | MIDI Piano Transcription

The Teng Company partnered with SMRT Singapore to compose jingles onboard trains and arrival melodies for the North-South Line, East-West Line and Circle Line, which are inspired by various local tunes. The pilot initiative first started in October 2023, and it was confirmed recently that the study was successful and the new melodies and chimes will be progressively added to more stations on the 3 MRT lines stated above.

In my opinion, the new MRT Singapore melody is not too similar to the Japanese one, because the Japanese melody is more complex and uses its own regional songs.
