These homes are too close for that price, I would like a little more privacy for over $1M. The secondary bedrooms are tiny. I've seen better homes that you've shown at $600,000 range. The backyard and rooftop are the star of this home. Your camera work was superb as usual. Still no cookies😔

Ahhh, you cheated, you went through an open gate 😂 There's not a superlative that describes this model, perhaps culling from the Woody Allen movie, Sleeper, 'kubaht. ' 😂 Ya know, man, you're camera work is excellent, or kubaht. You have always put a lot of effort into these tours. I love everything about this place, except, no cookies.

Master bath was not ideal. Not enough privacy for my taste, plus unpleasant odors travel in a space like that. Other than that, the place was sweet!

I really liked this house, however, it is completely overrated. It is small and does not have enough space, it is the terrace and I don't like the thin pools. The door entrance to the terrace, very short and the rooms very small.

For a mill and some change I am looking at cookie cutters,my neighbors are probably 3 to four feet on either side , if I want to set on my front terrace I've got neighbors looking down from up hill, the upgrades would be another 1.2-3 million 2 and the view is a canal and I wonder what phase is the lake fronts. I am only considering my privacy and the fact that I have a ditch for my view and more and the lake view, well what ate the upgrades with that.. 👎👎👎
