I own both and they were the first battery operated equipment i ever bought. Best decision i made so far on outdoor equipment. Quick, powerful and light.

I just priced some Stihl equipment a few days ago. For a pro model BGA 86 blower, pro model Kombi head 135, 2 AP300 batteries, and a charger I was at $1233 out the door. If I stepped down a model to the FSA 57 weedeater set and BGA57 blower set, each comes with 1 battery and 1 charger out the door would be about $450. Huge difference in price between the two but the quality was much better for the Pro models. I still have to check out the Milwaukee's.

Nice video as usual. You can definitely tell it's made by the same company as Ego , the way the batteries attached and the style of the power head , even the blower. Just slightly different the way the attachments lock in the power head , but I do like the price range and the idea of being able to rotate the attachments for ease of use. 👍👊🍻

Thank you, I learned more about the string trimmer.. I’m new to this. I need to figure out the bump part. I tried bumping it or tapping it on the ground but it doesn’t look like more string has come out, so I’m confused

Wonder what the attachment system is compatible with. My biggest gripe about Milwaukee OPE is how long it took them to release attachments that took ZERO effort to copy off Stihl/Ryobi/Echo with the bristle and rubber brushes. They still don't have a tiller attachment. Thought they would release a new one a year or something, not 3+ years.

Worst part about Skil is they give you a 2.5 amp battery with so many of their tools such as a trimmer. With many other brands you get a minimum 4 amp hr. battery one that is strong enough to be used in the matching mower and have decent run time, so that should the battery that came with the mower not be enough to finish mowing you can use the trimmer battery to finish and still do the trimming of your yard. Not so with a 2.5 amp battery.

The great thing about where we live in the country we don’t have streets or curbs, nor anymore trees because a storm came through & removed them. Clint why would anyone want to buy a leaf/grass blower, just borrow a politician, they’re windy enough 😂😂. 😎hand Clint I don’t need any of these, but I know that some of your other viewers will. My Ry - ooh - bee 18V string trimmer plus Roundup weed/grass killer will keep my trimming at a minimum🙂🙂. Keep’m coming 🤣🤣& all.

The thing is, it's nice to stick with one or at the most maybe 2 brands. That way you got plenty of extra batteries that are interchangeable.

They’ll last. Chervon makes Flex and Ego tools as well. Skil’s cordless tools are pretty good quality.

I still advocate against the batterization of everything. TV remotes, clocks, mowers, whipper snappers, chainsaws, augers et cetera. Cool tools, but I'd rather they never existed.

Sweet angelic me wants to stay in the m18 platform since I have plenty of large batteries. I tell him my yard is just a city lot in the south and I don’t need a lot of power for leaves, just grass clippings. Who’s right in that scenario? 😂

Well, just to let you know... an evil twin will never agree with you even if you are correct...that's one of their evil traits. That said... I would go with with the battery platform you already have.... that said, I would go with Skil over Kobal as their tools are a bit higher quality

Battery operated garden tools are a waste of time two neighbors went all out on battery equipment they’re constantly borrowing lawn mowers , hedge trimmers, weed walkers etc they just fail to do their job lost of power batteries over heating mowers get jammed pure junk

@@ToolReviewZone one neighbor is on his 2nd ego lawnmower and that one the battery went on fire 2weeks ago which let out a very black toxic smoke one of the neighbors filmed this event from what I understand it’s something to do with a safety switch.
