you can put the 2 up in the air for as long as you'd like, the more spells that are used, by her or her team or the enemies. the more charges it stores. you can send it down whenever you want wherever you want, just like heimdallr sword. if you want to move it to somewhere else or cancel it you have to throw it down and wait for the cooldown and replace it. hope this answered your question.

You’re honestly whining for nothing. It doesn’t matter how you feel about smite 2, in terms of how much you feel it’s “regressing”, because you’re literally choosing to ignore the fact that it’s not the same game as the first one. It feels different, they move different, the graphics and entire engine is different. This is an alpha, and the game will still be in alpha for the next few months even during the 24/7 Alpha. While that’s happening they’ll continue to make it run smoother and look better. They are working with a new engine after all , an engine that is 2 installments higher than the one Smite had at that. And it’s not an alpha to a game that’s been out for 10 years ffs. They rebuilt this from the ground up, the most similar things you’ll get is SOME character designs (mind you updated). The core mechanics/objective, and items(most). This isn’t the overwatch , to overwatch 2 Bs. They’re putting in work Be patient.

wrong. having combat bling on a long cooldown is much better then having to buy an item that cant be used in combat with a shorter cooldown. a lot like flash in league and paragon the balance is the long cooldown. people become targets when they have their combat blink on cooldown, a lot like how an Ares sees a person with no beads. combat blink incentivizes dodging skills instead of being hit by them and using beads to save yourself instead. take duel in smite 1 for example. a lot of top players go blink rune to dodge skills instead of beads because not being hit at all and catching your opponent off guard is much stronger then face tanking the cc skill and insta beadsing it (I say this because im a 3400 mmr duel player who plays against mmr capped players, and from my thousands of hours i can confidently say the more skillful thing would be blink over beads.) back to the main topic at hand... lots of immobile gods like anubis and kuku and zues will love to have combat blink where as building a whole item for a god to have an escape when they dont wanna build that item kinda sucks, the point of smite 2 is to make a new game not a smite update where all the same gods are meta. also an out of combat blink from an item means those immobile gods cant even use that item as an escape. so they would stay in the dog poo poo tier. another cool thing with combat blink is the range can be adjusted and the cooldown. another is the fact you can use the blink while in abilities like anubis ult and ymir ult which makes for awesome plays. sorry for the paragraph.

​@ImDevs I think you might have misunderstood their comment. Or I have misunderstood yours. They want both blinks. Regular blink as the free relic and combat blink that you have to buy.

@@DesertPhoenix24 he is saying he wants to have combat blink as an item. I’m saying it’s bad because then it needs to have a lower cooldown. Combat blink can only be balanced if it has a big cooldown.

@@ImDevs they don't mention anything about having a low cooldown though. You've assumed a lower cooldown. And your 1st response was claiming their opinion was wrong by saying that having combat with a longer cooldown is better than regular with low cooldown. That's irrelevant considering he's not asking for a replacement. He just said that he'd like the 2 blinks swapped. So you get the regular for free and have to pay for combat. Your response doesn't make any sense to what was originally asked for.
