The ability allows you to use a strat even if it's already been used, which means you could also use the free one before using the paid one. As either way, it allows you to use a strat for free even if one's been used already

@@SpiritStoneWarrior94-yx3gs I get using the ability after using the Strat is all good, but you can not use the Strat after the ability as the Strat is not exempt of being used twice.

​@kazgroth1 I mean it says "even if this strat has been used already" so it's just a matter of semantics and unless you're playing in a tournament, you won't find many people who would have an issue with it being done like that.

Blade Champion doesn't have the ability to allow a Strat for free (apart from Heroic Intervention) He just has reroll all advance and charges for the unit. So I think the question is, how did he reroll after a reroll (even though the first time wasn't using the Strat) ? (not sure if that was the OG question or not, as I haven't re-watched that part again)

you don't have it right. I think, from your question, that you're getting confused on the 2 different places where attacks are allocated, so: Unit of 3 eliminators has 3 different available targets. You allocate the attacks to the unit of custodian guard that the blade champion is attached to. you have allocated your ATTACKS. You roll to hit, hit every time. Then you roll to wound against the unit (using the units most common toughness score). Lucky us, you wound 3 times. at this point, you get to allocate your WOUNDS. With precision, you allocate a wound to the champion, he fails, allocate the second wound to the champion, he fails, now he's dead (I don't actually know if the stats work out for the example here, I haven't played with or against either unit in 10th yet). The third wound gets to be allocated onto the unit- going after a wounded model first, as always. How it works out in practice is: you get the minimum number of wounds required to kill the character, character rolls saves, allocate more wounds to kill the character after that or not, at your choice. The character buff does hang out until the end of the activation, though.

Wounds are allocated one at a time. You are likely "quick rolling" as in rolling all of the wounds at the same time for the sake of time but if you have attacks that have precision you would allocate the wounds rolls one at a time until that character is dead.

I really want to see the Anvil Siege detachment but I don't expect to see a lot of it on this channel. Maybe one match at best.

@@Digmeonformore How can you stand him? That really doesn't make sense. Every single store that has gaming tables has a guy like Bridger, and nobody plays with him for a reason. Do you like the constant complaining about the army or why he is losing? The fact he never knows the rules? Seriously, how can he be showcasing the army and how it plays when he doesn't play them correctly? I'm very intrigued how anyone could find him entertaining in the slightest. He's so annoying. Acts like a know it all but is to lazy to put the work in.

For those wondering why it seems I'm so angry about it. I was one of the first people to discover this channel and what Brian and Adrian's goals where with it. That is no longer the case with the channel. They have turned into another miniwargaming channel of laziness and just trying to push as many videos out to make money as possible and the content has suffered. They used to have the best tactics out of any yt channel, knew the rules completely. Then Brian left for his real job ( I believe). And they hired more people. The folks they hired do not research the armies, they even stopped the tactical breakdown videos which is what set them apart. Then they make podcast style talking videos and get so sidetracked by the live feed chat they don't talk about the reason for the video wasting everyone's time. If you want to talk to twitch viewers then do that on twitch. If your making a yt video to talk about a specific topic. Then ignore the chat and do that. It's just the same things that has led to some many other channels to fail. Some folks like me watch these long videos for a reason, I myself have spine disease and multiple trapped nerves in my neck and spine. I am in chronic pain none stop. My painkillers don't stop It compeltely. (I take the 3rd strongest painkillers created). Videos with Bridger are not watchable, therefore I don't get anything as a distraction for a few hours. It is completely frustrating to have someone that annoying and that incapable of playing Warhammer to be forced onto us because we like the army or we are hoping for good play and tactical games. The channel used to have the best games and it showed by the views and how many of us watched constantly. Now they just care about the viewer bots and not the real viewers. They sold out and it will be why they will eventually fail.
