Sir I've worked in a healthcare more than 20 hours on NI straight for 3-4 months like 25 hours every week and nobody stopped me and there were no shifts less than 12.5 hours a day. I asked few colleagues and they said it's okay it wont be a problem. But as now I'm hearing that PSW is getting rejected for students who worked more than 20 hours. Please guide me. I even tried to contact your office. Thank you

You are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week. Best would be to visit office in Birmingham or London and speak directly with the Solicitor

You have to complete your studies first. After that you can apply for skilled worker visa. Best would be to visit office in Birmingham or London and speak directly with the Solicitor

Hlo sir , Please reply , I (student) got married after 17 th july to skilled worker and apply for dependent visa but it was rejected by home office . What should i do now ?? Please reply

It depends on the completion of your studies.

@@citylawpracticesolicitors sir course should be complete or should be passed. I mean if came on masters but uni gave Diploma due to fails counts in complete.
