My experience with Dispae cutters was the same. I've put them into my spares box and bought a pair of Tamiya cutters.

Would love to see a good jet tutorial. Ty for all your work putting out all these videos. Your basic churchill vid is one of the reasons im in this hobby. Started out with a churchill last spring and now im on my 5th model.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who had that issue with the DISPAE cutters. It is quite frustrating for a supposedly top-of-the-line product. I hope you enjoyed the ICM Panhard! That was a fun project. Your StuG Tropen camouflage looks excellent in my opinion.

Helloooo... good to see you. You made me discover Eduard kits and I absolutely love them. Some peolple complain about their new decals. I would love to hear your opinion, your experience with these and maybe a little video on that subject. Thank you so much.

I see some space marines in the back there mate. Fantasy/sci-fi minis are a great break from the scale modelling to freshen you up if you ever get a bit bogged down in a project or subject.

Strange about the DSPIAE nippers, mine work superbly well and I reckon they're one of the best tools I've ever bought. However, I do agree about not being able to undo any of the ''bolts'' - I can't shift them either and just thought I was a 15 stone weakling...!! 😀

I’ve found Speedpainter hardened leather over Vallejo German Camo beige gives a nice deep worn leather look. Some great effects over different Vallejo base colours. Might need to seal the speed paint layer with varnish if you’re putting additional weathering on top! Looking forward to seeing all the new content as it comes out, great stuff - followed your Churchill vids for my first tank build, still one of my favourites 🙂

The tropen 2 and panzer grey are perfect. Stay the course.

Nice to hear what you're up to. For what it's worth I think the panzer grey look very dark, I actually thought it was black primer. I tend to go with tamiya panzer grey over black and lighten the centre of the panels progressively. I am sure which ever way you go will look great.

@@trumontstory686 what he has matches my original tool clamps that are Panzer grey. But I use xf63 and understand people are uncomfortable with flat ultra dark panzer grey.

@@AdamMann3D I understand what you are saying Adam, but I think it's a question of scale. At 1/35 of the actual vehicle size it looks dark. I inevitably also lighten Dunkelgelb because, at least to my eyes out of the pot it looks too dark, and as such gives the model an unrealistic appearance. I suppose if we wanted to be 100% accurate we wouldn't perform any sort of shading as RAL Paint, and the RAL System), was designed to use colours that could lose no further pigmentation, ( the Tank museum at Bovington did a great but if I'm honest nerdy video on it). Ultimately I suppose it's all about the eye of the beholder, and what looks right to the individual. Their is no right answer. Enjoy your channel as well by the way.

I grabbed a couple of speed paints in hopes that they make finishing tarps and stowage faster. I'll be interested to see how you go.

What do you use for the dust wash? You used this in your basic build on the Churchhill.

Godhabds are the best, got the blue pair abd red pair. I will not be using a different brand ever. Other than to cut bug pieces of sprue or stuff for sprue goo
