i have the same problem but i know my AUX socket works because i tested with my old phone that has AUX and it works... did you solve it?

I installed this but my back up camera says no signal is there a way to fix? I reversed everything and the back up camera works with the original head unit

It's most probably a setting, I can't remember what setting exactly, I think screen resolution or aspect ratio, don't remember. I had the same issue on the older 10 inch android screen

You need to connect the AUX cable from screen to car AUX port
