INGREDIENTS
Beaf mince:½kg
Chopped onion:4 medium
Ginger garlic paste:1½tsp
Chilli flakes:½tbsp
Red chili powder:1tbsp
Roasted cumin powder:1tsp
Roasted crushed coriander:½tbsp
Hot spice mix:¼tsp
Salt: to taste
Green chillies:7-8
Fresh coriander:3-4tbsp
Oil:¼cup + for deep frying
"For Dough"
All purpose flour:½kg +as required
Salt:½tsp
Ghee:3-4tbsp

بیف کا قیمہ: آدھا کلو
چوپ پیاز: 4 عدد درمیانی سائز کی
ادرک اور لہسن کا پیسٹ: ڈیڑھ چائے کا چمچ
کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ: آدھا کھانے کا چمچ
پسی ہوئی لال مرچ: ایک کھانے کا چمچ
بھنا پسا زیرہ: ایک چائے کا چمچ
بھنا کٹا دھنیا: آدھا کھانے کا چمچ
گرم مصالحہ پاؤڈر: ایک چوتھائی چائے کا چمچ
نمک: حسب ذائقہ
باریک ہری مرچیں: سات سے آٹھ عدد
تازہ دھنیا: تین سے چار کھانے کے چمچ
تیل: ایک چوتھائی کپ+ گہرا تلنے کے لیے
"آٹے کے لیے"
میدہ: آدھا کلو
نمک: آدھی چائے کا چمچ
گھی: تین سے چار کھانے کے چمچ
