In regards to homeschooling, I heard something once that always stuck with me and that I always remind myself of when I’m feeling frustrated on our homeschooling journey: There is NO ONE on this planet who wants your children to succeed more than you do. Because of that, you’re absolutely the best teacher they could have because you’ll do whatever it takes to ensure their success in education ❤ I say go for it! You can always change your mind later on but because you seem similar to me, I suspect you’ll fall in love with it.

I agree. She’s seems like she would be so perfect for it! She should give herself some grace! I’ve struggled back and forth with idea and I realized we just have to go for it. My littles are only 4 yo and 10 months and go to a Mother’s Day out program so Im literally giving myself a year to decide and get it together

Love your videos! I just started homeschooling my children and it was the best decision we made. It wasn’t our original plan, and I never thought I would do it, but I’ll never look back and regret spending time with my kiddos. I think you would be amazing, and there are so many amazing resources and groups out there. A great alternative to homeschooling is virtual learning. My daughter started at CCA, a virtual charter school, for 1st grade last year. She asked to do virtual learning and this seemed like an excellent program and they are established having been around for 20 years. She excelled and I was so impressed with their programs. They send students laptops and all needed supplies at no extra cost. They also have field trips, clubs and lots of other social opportunities. It is great to have her home and see her learning. ❤ Happy to answer any questions.

Never say never.... I always dreamed of homeschooling all through my kids elementary school life but I worked full time and the idea was overwhelming. Well here we are, kids are starting 9th and 10th grade and were tackling our first year of homeschooling. 😊 The school system failed my oldest son with special needs (ADHD and ASD). I put up with it for way too long but enough is enough. Btw I love your meal videos, eating gluten free is tough sometimes and its nice to grab ideas for meals. ❤

You are a true inspiration, Tiffany! I’ve been a follower since you had 30k & to watch you grow & still be the same person makes me so happy. We are both hashi warriors & eating healthier is the ultimate medicine. Now I don’t homeschool but everything else I do. We live far out from town (30min) & it is a dream the schools are still great out here & in the school they have farming classes and gardening classes. It’s really cool esp since I’m from the suburbs of our biggest city in Ohio.

Happy Sunday day! I grew up by the water in the summer, my grandmother owned the home and we spent so much time there with cousins and Aunts & Uncles. We used to crab right off the dock as well and had a lot of luck throwing a raw chicken leg in the trap as bait! Keep enjoying summer mama!

I’m so happy watching all the summertime fun you guys are having. We live in Miami and honestly I’m done with the heat. We took a 3 week vacation in May and went to Vancouver and Alaska. During the summer, we do go to the beach almost every Sunday. But I’m looking forward to September and October. Also crossing my fingers we don’t get any major storms.

I love the kind of mom you are, yoy seem to always be so patient with your kids..and thats somethinv i struggle with on a daily basis. I used the bentgo boxes last year for my boys (5&9) and it wasn't never enough. They always asked for more food, which never fit. So I'm gonna have to figure out something else this year too.

I’ve also tried it all with sunscreen under the eyes… We did stickers, just falls off in the water, we did colored zinc sunscreen…(helps a little). I’ve tried a dozen brands of sunscreen. Doesn’t seem to matter. Reapplying with a stick every 2 hours seems to help the most. And a surf hat with a buckle underneath! Ps, lunch boxes- planetbox all the way! I’ve had the same one for my nine year old since he was born. It’s in perfect condition.

My husband loves to put organic almond malk in his coffee and it’s literally only almonds, water and salt which we love because just like you we don’t like all that added nonsense.. the label even says gum free ! Great video as always I hope you guys continue to enjoy the bay house ❤

Are you KIDDING you'd be an AMAZING homeschool mom! If there was anyone in the world that could do it it's you. It's so much more freeing than you think! It was a dream of mine too and I put it off for years. I now have a senior in high school, a sophomore in high school and homeschool my 3rd grader and 5th grader. We started in 2020 but I wish weekly that Id listened to my dream all those years ago with my 2 big boys because homeschooling the younger 2 has been the biggest blessing ever. I soak raw cashews in the fridge overnight, drain them in the morning add fresh water and blend with mct oil and coconut sugar. It’s creamy, doesn’t separate and tastes yummy. Also vanilla Truvani mixed with some coffee and mct oil makes a good post workout coffee!

Thanks for sharing Tiffani! Grew up going there every summer as well 😊 it’s the best! I agree with Bentgo boxes and when I was looking other options up I came across teen Bentgo boxes . It has like 2 smaller compartments and one big one that is big enough for a full sandwhich or a few snacks in the one spot! I found myself not using the Bentgo anymore mid year and was just throwing stuff in their lunchboxes for that reason lol .

Laird is the creamer I use… the French vanilla one & I get it at The Fresh Market. It has lions Maine mushrooms and it’s a superfood… it’s a bit expensive but I love the taste, I mix it with heavy cream and a teaspoon of coconut palm sugar :) it’s toasty and is comfy yummy 😋 lol

My kids need a snack for everything. I am also cognizant of the same thing. I try to give them fruit, fruit/veggie cereal or a peanut butter something. I think of protein and fruit for the most part. I'm not planning to send my kids to conventional school. It will be a journey. I say home school the ones that do and send the others so you are less overwhelmed. I definitely don't think I will be good at it, but I rather that then trust the system with my kids or them getting hurt. Isn't everyone's journey, but you just never know.
