It brings a smile to my face seeing Nintyler trying to talk about SLWii: TE but him remembering the trauma he went through of playing unpolished USLWii twice.

Evolution looks FREAKING INSANE WTF, you're not allowed to make mods that look this good! The Draggadon port caught me off completely, now it opens up all sorts of potential ideas for future mods! Imagine a port of 3D World bosses - Hisstocrat, Motley Bossblob? Are the possibilities endless? I'm so excited

that last one is REAL cool for having high quality added assets like the dragon from Captain Toad complete with animations. and the new level assets look real nice as well!

Super Mario Evolution is the cure for depression I can feel it

Super Mario Evolution looks unbelievably good, just gorgeous graphics!

I am really happy to see this community even more together than it already was. The amount of mods was immense, incredible how many projects you managed to place, this direct was definitely better than the last one, your new projects are also really good, I knew something would come from luigi's levels, but an nsmb2 mod was unexpected and it's also very beautiful and I really don't care about U tileset on 2 :p. Super mario evolution was the most surprising, custom bosses, custom sprites, tilesets and the bg's that come from teltix are always good. I'm not saying that these are the only good mods, there were other announcements and releases that made me very happy, although SMB Wonder is very good I will miss nsmb, and thank you for creating this amazing community that has been created over the years.

Whoa. Even though I just happened to find this in my KZfaq recommendations, I could tell within the first minute that the mods allowed creators to break beyond the limitations of Super Mario Maker 2. I can tell its probably a great time to have a softmodded Wii U and/or 3DS. Edit: I'm starting to be reminded of the Super Mario World modding scene.

Ok i'm honestly impressed by the Emissary Luigi mod, new power-ups, really liked that Galaxy-like map design...and Waluigi and Giga Bowser as bosses??This turned pretty great!!

I just randomly got this in my recommended but I’m glad I did, this is super awesome to see many modders dedicated to the Mario games and modding them while putting their own ideas to make a completely different Mario game. The Mario franchise has been such an iconic series since my childhood, I know it looks like I’m only just mainly a Batim fan, which I am, but I also really love the Mario franchise and many different things, and seeing this many people take the games and put so much passion and hard work into them is awesome dedication. I can’t wait to see possible mods for Super Mario Bros. Wonder at some point👍

I just sat here for 30 minutes watching this and didn't realize it was 30 minutes long. Truly one of the greatest videos I've ever seen.

I've never been much into modding and never modded my 3ds before (but plan to this year) and I stumbled across this video and got a little curious. Turns out this all actually looks really rad and awesome. Seeing how talented everyone is is so cool and I hope to one day enjoy some of these mods to see what they have in store !!!
