Luigi has the same plot it just gives you a challenge so its obvious the developers did not change it. It would be annoying if you had a game over and needed to do those hard levels again.

As lackluster as NSMB2 is, I love how hard the acapella goes in the credits section. Also, Mario carrying Peach like she can't walk on her own is something you hardly ever see lol.

Kinda sad none of them ever re-approached the scope of the DS castle. NSMB2 was cooking with that petrification gimmick though, it’s devious in the secret castle

New super mario bros 2 definitely had the coolest castle, it was long, challenging, and cool. Even though i have never played it the new super mario bros wii definitely had the best boss fight, look amazing .

Both NSMB on DS and Wii is nostalgic to me.. remember it so much from my childhood/early teens!! ♥️ Just finished the Switch U Deluxe version as well

A lot of DS games don’t really sell for me. NSMB (DS) really held their end of the promise! A kick ass game! I thought it was a DS version of Wii. Only for me to find out it’s a separate different game of its own. It held up very well. It’s in my heart always!

Best: The New Super Mario Bros DS final castle. It fits for the last castle as it's a maze of Burners and ? Switches. Worst: The New Super Mario Bros U final castle: Too short for a final castle and it didn't have the Castle theme.

All of these share a special memory with me and i love each so much. The Original and Wii version were my favorite as they filled my childhood with perfect memories. The boss fight in New Sup 2 was easy but god damn seeing bowser in the back gave me chills. For the Wii U its rather small, I know the console was a flop but I still enjoyed playing on it and I can genuinely keep enjoying it.

They’re better of played on their respective console, if they were to be on the switch I’d have a feeling of repetitiveness and just feel sad. I do like what they did with Galaxy, Sunshine and 64 but again I like them better on their consoles.
