I was thinking about my New Super Mario Bros. remake video earlier and I wanted to see other remakes and give my take on them. I really dislike how people typically make remakes in Mario Maker but it seems a lot of the remakes in this video were really well done! I know people are gonna call me whiney like in the Event Courses video but there's a difference between constructive criticism and blind hate. I always gave ways to improve ^^.

NickR6 It’s pretty easy to recreate all the levels in SMB in Mario Maker. There’s actually some in the non-in-game manual you get when you buy the game

People have probably said this considering this video is over a month old by now but the Kamek in the spiked cage was supposed to be Peach until she turns around and it's actually Kamek in the original. I thought it was a nice touch but I think you mistook it for a change to the level design. Cool video, this is the first time I've been on your channel

NSMBW was the best. I remember playing the 1st level like 15 times to get 99 lives and Mario without his cap. I never 100% the game but I finished the story 8.7/10 game even from today me :)

world 4-🏰 has a really fast, albeit laggy infinite lives glitch, involving flipping a grate with a koopa on it, then freezing said koopa in midair. if done right, the frozen koopa will lose collision detection, and spew infinite coins out of it.

Idk if someone else has mentioned it, but for the level ending at 5:33 the reason there's an extra key in that block is to prevent Key Death (if you die after collecting all 3 red coins, it's easier to have a key right there rather than backtracking)

I think you should've given that final bowser fight more points just for the first section that was very accurate and looked decently fun, the creator just needed to know where to stop... Also that 1-1 seemed to start out like the person began wanting to do a 1-1 and then suddenly learned about troll levels and then decided he wanted to do a trolli-ish ending.

5:30 The creator gave you a key because if you die after getting the key from the key coins, you'd be unable to get to the boss fight because you'd have to get the two key coins from before the checkpoint. It's just a way so that the creator could still upload the level (by completing it from the checkpoint) and to make it a little easier if anyone does die when they have the key.

That key was so that if you collected the final coin and went through the door, if you died after that you wouldn’t have to start the level all over again. 5:20

1:29 (Dashie’s video) Shows that RamO uploaded his level in January 2018 while 8:28 (Mayro’s video) shows its uploaded in May 2018. 10:14 (Dashie’s video) shows the ORIGINAL boss and music. Just goes to show the “creativity” 10 year olds have. They should know by now that stealing from others is wrong.

For the castle levels I think putting 4 key coins is a good idea so that you can’t just skip the boss. Just have the 4th one appear after the boss fight

At 1:20 you could have placed semi-solid blocks to make it look like underground, but otherwise this is really cool!

For 1-2 you should have made the rotating platform in the beginning with platforms on tracks at intervals so it actually was a movingly platform.
