Okay, so since we're halfway(?) through the series now, I like the references to The Super Mario Bros. Movie with the Koopa Troopas with the helmets and lances and the Koopa Tactician being there as well. Also, I have a theory behind the power Bowser has now that there's some more context behind it: The Eye that Bowser is using has the ability to control power and reality itself, and the reason he took Princess Toadstool this time is because she is the only one who knows the power behind it as she told Mario what to do throughout his fight with Bowser. The Eye Bowser is currently using is the West Eye, and the other Eye that's currently unfound is the East Eye, which has the ability to control space and time. If both Eyes are found, I have two predictions on what could happen. Either the user will obtain ultimate power or the power is too much to be wielded by the same individual. But hey, that's only a theory I have! So now that the series has come this far, what do you think will happen next? Will Mario save Princess Toadstool? Will Bowser achieve ultimate power? And whatever happened to Mario's companions? Only way to find out is to see what happens next!

I like the theory you have and i think the ladder will happen seeing how bowser still the eye and he might try to persuade the person with the other eye but refuse not only for stealing it but also saying how it would be too much for him to handle
