Gratitude for some rain on Sat, having temps of 45%, fires close to home, for over 2 months. It was a blessing to feel the drops of water and to smell the grass, a great relief, joy. I do feel we learn to discern the different dynamic where external low frequencies are not our 'burden', when we focus on internal healing and expand our frequency of Love to the external we see a cohesion. I sometimes think one of our biggest human wounds is 'the martyr wound', which spun out of control in war. Just be present for love to yourself and that will expand outwards. Thank you, so much Pam. I don’t have a piece, but i can truly appreciate the magic in buying a physical symbol of historic transformation. And your mention of it, as with the reference to lands shifting, reminded me of a saying (I don’t know who said it, to credit it to).. ‘when people throw bricks at you, use them to build new foundations’. The last few years have been very challenging, and I’ve worked hard to stay grounded, but I’m aware of the potential in the alchemy now, and the ability to transform energy, and building a new path, AND ... so.... I also feel a mountain range rising in me right now too. Thank you for stirring that imagery, and reminding me to stay focused on building my foundation and choosing my path. I saw some videos this morning on TT of a man who has managed to produce useable diesel from plastic pollution extracted from the ocean. It was poured into a diesel pickup, the pickup was then started and driven away out of the yard. Exciting!! 🙌🏻

I practise Ho Pono Pono (I am sorry, pls forgive me, thank you, I love you) I actually repeat in my head "thank you I love you" throughout the day as much as possible. After a week of doing this I started to go into heart coherence straight away. So now all I have to do is think that affirmation and I feel love instantly. Some days I even wake up all loved up! Pam, I have a descent astrological literacy and I do appreciate when you go down the details that you know and research so well. It is a reasonable exercise for the concrete mind to visualize the sky configuration and it's implications (I usually listen only, don't watch).
