That's what I was wondering too! I shot the Wicked Ridge invader 4 through a chrony and it gave me exactly 331 fps with the supplied 2219 arrows and a 100 grain field point. Think I'll pass on this "upgrade" for $250 more.

mtnops223 you won’t get 370 unless you go with the ten point elite light bolts.

With the supplied arrows it is rates at 350fps. So it is still 19 fps slower than advertised. If it was closer to a true 350 I would be interested. It's nicely designed though.

Ok, so if you get comfortable with this crossbow, what is the maximum distance that you can expect with a reasonable kill shot. Also, nobody is talking much about what the scope details, as in the inside view details. Thanks in advance

Get an Excalibur, lifetime warranty, it shoots the speed they advertise "NOT WITH LIGHT BOLTS!" extremely precise.

I've personally experience better broad head flight from 350 fps and lower anything over 400 fps is unnecessary and starts making thinks weird...I don't want to have to shoot special broad heads and my experience my 55 lb bowtech shoots way smoother and better then my 70lb martin that's a beast to shoot I'll take the 330fps solid speed I won't mangle bolts to bad if I hit bone and my fixed blades will fly decent.

Have you done a speed test with a 125 grain field point? I've been hunting western big game with my M1 for several years now and happy. But I decided to up the wieght from 100g to 125g, for an average total bolt weight of 471.5 grains. So now I'm curious if you know how to figure that speed so that I can adjust the TetnPoint Range Master Pro scope accordingly. Thanks!

Im waiting for the CP 400 its gonna cost allot less and shoot faster then 330 fps geez my Mercenary chronographs at 395 fps with a 400grain bolt and thats a 300 dollar crossbow ! I can't justify 800 dollars for a bow that shoots 330 fps when there's so many others out there right now that shoot over 400 fps and cost less then 500 dollars. 10 point needs to take it down a notch with there prices I think. I bought my centerpoint Mercenary whisper 390 on sale for just under 300 dollars on sale just for something to play around with and to my amazement it out shoots all my other crossbows that cost 3 and 4 times as much ! The build quality is great and it shoots very consistent ans super accurate. I can put 3 bolts in a 3inch circle at 60 yards on my bench rest easily.

@@goon1500ify The other bows are heavier and wider. I have a CP 370 Love the bow but it is heavy and 22 in axle to axle.

@@larryseliger9544 While a heavy crossbow is a pain to luh through the woods all day a heavier bow handles shock better and that also translates into better accuracy. To each their own . Everyone has their favorite and what shoots better for them .

330 IS NO WHERE NEAR ADVERTISED SPEED I know bolt weight is a factor but I have an old TL7 2007 and with 450g bolt and head I get 272 fps so its not worth the money to upgrade for less than 60 fps.

I went with the invader x4 But this will be next.. Reason for the x4 purchase, Is so I can load up on 72 arrows at $680

If the speed is 370 fps and you test the speed it comes out at 331 fps that’s not a true reading

What happened to the 370 ft per second the speed there is not even close how can 10 point advertise this crossbow shooting 370 ft per second when all it is shooting is 330 feet per second not good

331fps wow. Not what they say it shoots. 370fps. That is big even if it it was 350fps it still falls short. I would buy it if it was a 400fps xbow. No problem. But 331. That is low many other crossbows to buy. For 800 dollars that is wt the Crank system. Nice xbow just to slow. My opinion.
