I love it so far! As a Despia fan, I'm hoping to see more of them in the deck going forward. And not just Aluber, either! I think I speak for everyone when I say I hope you can push out new episodes more frequently!

Great episode! If you are concerned about the budget, you could do a monthly budget instead of a weekly one. Like $200 dollars for the month and you spread it out over 4 episodes. This means you could have weeks of big ticket items mixed in with smaller purchases.

at 20:34, you go into masq, but branded fusion only lets you go into monsters that mention albaz as material. what you could do alternatively is go braned fusion -(send albaz and a light monster) -> and go for albion (banish albaz and either itself or the light monster) and go for mirrorjade (you can also go for masquerade here if you want). On resolution you activate branded loss to add a tri mericur as a hand trap (this card was in the structure deck)

I’m in the camp that 80 is a lil high because part of the allure of the series is having to work with very limited resources and I feel that with that much of an increased budget it’ll reduce the difficulty of the challenge and make successes feel less valuable but all that being said I’m just happy to see the series continue and I’ll still watch but would enjoy a lil bit of a rolled back budget

Great episode. I feel the gap between episodes is a little long for me but it's still worth it. I can see a lot of growth in you and the series from when you first started. I think it's not fair to expect the same series that we got in the first sealed only. Props to you for being authentic and just a fun guy to watch!

At 20:40 you couldn’t go into masquerade as it isn’t a monster that mentions fallen of Albaz. I’m also surprised that you didn’t use the branded opening to search the dramaturge, it’s probs the strongest despia monster at your disposal currently. If you had added it to your hand then fusion summoned could’ve potentially had an 3k beat stick on the board. Also it’s important to remember that mirror jade nuke effect can only trigger if its been fusion summoned, not special.

Love that this series is back gage. The original of this series is why I got into Yu-Gi-Oh. I'm super happy to see it back. I personally liked the smaller budget because it made it more of a challenge but I'll take whatever will keep this series going!

Sick episode I love this series. Don't worry about anyone saying the upload schedule is slow quality takes time! I do think $80 a week is quite a lot though, I get its not a budget series but I feel like as a viewer its nice watching the slow progress of the deck getting better. that budget will probably fast track things

Some notes: You can’t trigger Mirrorjade when you summon it with Back to the Front. Needs to be Fusion Summoned for its GY effect to trigger. You have Branded Opening so special Summon Dramaturge. He’s your best bet currently without Aluber especially against decks that utilize their Extra Deck; free negate. Opinion. Not really a fan of increasing the budget. The restrictions in the first season forced you to innovate and not be gimmicky with your deck. Being constrained with choices forces you to get to know your cards better and come up with a build. Sure the pull rates might screw you over at times but once you start picking some wins, it’s more on the pilot’s skill than the deck.

Everyone talking about Gold Sarc at 1 and no one mentions you can't make Masquerade Dragon with Branded Fusion. It doesn't mention Fallen of Albaz. Branded Fusion is only for monsters that mention Fallen of Albaz.

It says a lot about how expensive this game has gotten (sealed wise) when Gage has to double his weekly budget from Season 1 to attempt to get a viable deck.

Gage doesn't upload as frequently as other Yugitubers but every upload is like a gem So much effort put into the camera work and editing Really surprised he hasn't gotten past 100K subs It's not like he is flooding any subscription feeds Seeing a new upload from the dude is like a treat to enjoy when I have some free time in my day yee

I think having the budget of "under 80$" a week is somewhat too high for a series like this It can make progression occur bit too fast imho which can be somewhat make the serie lose its attraction Because for me,one of the main attraction of the original was the slow power up each week which allows the viewer(in this case me) can sorta like try to build irl and catch up so they can feel like to also be a part of the journey But this is just my opinion,an anonymous user on the internet

I think increasing the budget to $80~ every 3 weeks would be better. No budget player is dropping $80~ a week on any card game sealed product.

I didnt see a decklist anywhere here so i figured id add maindeck albion sending branded opening to add a layer of protection for your guys is probably good enough reason to justify playing them even without aluber

idk, I think just waiting for the traptrix structure deck would've been a much better idea. Hell even the dark world structure deck is easier to build with 3 SD's and have some level of success. Branded is obviously a good deck going into the new format but I honestly think it's gonna take at least 3 or 4 more episodes untill you have a competent deck because of all the key cards you're gonna have to pull from product like 3 Aluber, Chimera, Cartesia, the new fusions from PHHY, even bystials if you wanna play a small engine. Also don't really know if you're prohibiting yourself from trading/selling stuff you don't need that you pulled but that would definitely speed things up and make it so that you aren't burning through money trying to complete the deck. I think this could be a good sequel to sealed only but so far it's been a very steep start.

I will say if you are limiting yourself to $80, I don't know how you got the 6 tins. They retail for ~20 US each, which would be about $120 for the 6 you got. Cheapest I found them retail was 15.99 each from target online. If you find them cheaper let me know where.
